The purpose of this study is to identify the importance and achievement of e-service quality provided to users of public sports institutions’ web sites through IPA analysis to find ways to improve the e-service quality of public sports institutions. The survey was conducted on users who have experience using the web site of the Korean Sports & Olympic Committee and the Korean Sports Promotion Foundation among public sports organizations. Data analysis was based on IPA techniques after t-testing between importance and achievement. The results of the study are as follows. First, the items showed seven attributes: ‘accurate of information’, ‘providing the latest information’, ‘up-date of information’, ‘quick response’, ‘quick service’, ‘speed of response of system’ and ‘trust of information’. Second, the items showed five attributes: ‘Contact Channel for Inquiries’, ‘Safe Use’, ‘Personal Information Protection’, ‘Smooth Communication’ and ‘Continuous Interest’. Third, the items showed three attributes: ‘Guidance of Information Retrieval’, ‘Guidance of Information Acquisition and Exchange’ and ‘Smooth Communication Activity’. Fourth, the items showed seven attributes: ‘timely information’, ‘providing sufficient information’, ‘stable operation instruction’, ‘stable technology’, ‘excellent approach’, ‘easy to search’ and ‘well-organized layout’.

본 연구는 공공체육기관 웹 사이트의 e-서비스품질 중요도와 성취도를 IPA 분석을 통해 규명하여 공공체육기관 의 웹 사이트 e-서비스품질을 개선하기 위한 방안을 모색하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 공공체육기관 중 대한체육회 와 국민체육진흥공단의 웹 사이트를 이용해 본 경험이 있는 이용자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료분석은 중요도와 성취도간 대응 t-test를 실시한 후, 이를 토대로 IPA기법을 활용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, Ⅰ사분 면에 해당하는 항목은 ‘정보의 정확’, ‘최신 정보 제공’, ‘정보의 업데이트’, ‘신속한 대응’, ‘신속한 서비스’, ‘시스템의 반응 속도’, ‘정보의 신뢰’로 7개의 속성이 나타났다. 둘째, Ⅱ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 ‘문의사항에 대한 연락채널’, ‘안전하게 이용’, ‘개인정보 보호’, ‘원활한 소통’, ‘지속적인 관심’으로 5개의 속성이 나타났다. 셋째, Ⅲ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 ‘정보 검색의 안내’, ‘정보취득 및 교류의 안내’, ‘원활한 커뮤니케이션 활동’으로 3개의 속성이 나타났다. 넷째, Ⅳ사분면에 해당하는 항목은 ‘정보의 시의적절’, ‘충분한 정보 제공’, ‘안정적인 운영지술’, ‘기술력의 안정’, ‘우수한 접근’, ‘검색의 용이’, ‘잘 구성된 레이아웃’으로 7가지 속성이 나타났다.
