This study systematically collected and analyzed the results of previous studies on the stress of clinical dental prctice for dental hygiene students. The data were collected according to the systematic review guidelines of PRISMA(Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis) and 25 ariticles were used in the final analysis. In order to measure clinical dental practice, 4 measuring tools were used. As a result of literature analysis, the lower the satisfaction, the higer the stress of clinical dental practice. Personal relationship, role and activity, ideal and value were very important factors. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between clinical dental practice and various variables and to investigate the improvement of clinical dental practice based on the results of this study.

본 연구는 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실습 스트레스에 대한 선행연구의 결과를 체계적으로 수집, 분석하 여 임상실습 스트레스의 측정도구와 관련요인에 대한 분석을 실시하였다. PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-analysis)의 체계적 문헌고찰 가이드라인에 의거하여 수행되었으며 최종 분석에 사용된 문헌은 24편이었다. 임상실습 스트레스를 측정하기 위하여 사용된 측정도구는 4개였다. 문헌 분석 결과 만족도가 낮을수록 임상실습 스트레스가 높은 것으로 나타났고, 대인관계, 역할 및 활동, 이상과 가치의 요인 이 스트레스에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 임상실습 스트레스와 다양한 변수들 간의 상관관계 및 영향요인에 국한되어 분석하였기에 향후 본 연구 결과를 기초로 하여 치위생(학)과 대학생의 임상실 습 스트레스에 관하여 다면적인 연구들이 활발하게 진행되길 기대한다.
