This research sought an applicable Christian living-community in a rapidly changing and chaotic 21st century. If Christianity had previously been recognized as a "church," which is discerned as buildings, this study intended to take the another step to find examples of missional work as a living-community in rural villages, and to theologically investigate the community. As a notable example, the Bonacom community was viewed from a missiological perspective and its reorientation was discussed in the Christian ethical view. The Bonacom maintains a missional living-community pursuing ‘Christian community,’ ‘rural community,’ ‘village community,’ and ‘family community’. In the era of globalization, neo-capitalism, and Mammonism, the community pursues the kingdom of God by responding against the culture of wealthy and possession, as a servant-community for salvation for rural villages, and further on the world, by a life-movement. Jesus' teachings of propery is not rejecting wealth itself, but is that serving deified wealth(Mammon) and following God cannot coexist. Christians should endeavor beyond Mammonism and seek to establish desirable lifestyles and values related to economic issues. The problem of overcoming materialism cannot be solved simply on the mental and emotional level, but must be connected to the spiritual level. The Bible refers to an effective economic life as one that works faithfully and diligently to provide the needs for the family, including themselves and their elderly parents, savings for child education and misadventure, relief and donations, and various taxes. When Mammon becomes an object of worship, justice is destroyed, and corruption and unjustice are established. An alternative to clarify this is to establish biblical teachings, and the Bonacom's missional practice is based on this teaching. Bonacom specifically provides examples of biblical living and economic ethics, and is responsible for educational functions. In order for Bonacom to become a more developed community, the community's healthy sense of mission and spirituality needs to protect the community and become a sustainable community from generation to generation.

본 연구는 21세기 급변하고 혼란스런 시대 속에서 적용 가능한 기독교 생활공동체 를 모색하였다. 그간 기독교는 건물과 예배로 대별되는 ‘교회’로 연상되었다면, 여기서 한걸음 나아가 농촌 마을 속에서 생활공동체로써 선교하는 사례를 찾아보고 신학적 규명을 해보고자 하였다. 대표적 사례로 보나콤공동체를 선교학적 관점에서 조망하고 기독교윤리학적 입장에서 공동체 운동의 재정향을 위한 논의를 전개하였다. 보나콤은 ‘기독교 공동체,’ ‘농촌 공동체,’ ‘마을 공동체,’ ‘가정 공동체’를 지향하는 선교적 생활공동체를 견지하고 있다. 세계화와 신자본주의, 맘모니즘으로 점철되는 세 계의 흐름 속에서 하나님 나라를 지향하며 물질과 소유에 대한 청지기적 응답의 현장을 볼 수 있게 해준다. 나아가 이기주의와 해체주의, 생태계 생명의 위기를 조장하는 풍조에 맞서서 농촌 마을과 세상을 살려내는 생명운동의 응전을 보여주고 있다. 물질 에 대한 예수의 가르침은 재물 자체를 거부하는 것이 아니라 신격화된 재물(맘몬)을 섬기는 것과 하나님을 따른다는 것이 공존할 수 없다는 것이다. 기독교인들은 맘모니 즘을 넘어서 경제 문제와 관련된 바람직한 삶의 자세와 가치관 정립을 추구해야 한 다. 물질주의를 극복하는 문제는 단순히 정신적 정서적 차원에서만 해결될 수 없고 영적 차원에까지 연결되어야 한다. 성경이 말하는 규모 있는 경제 생활이란 성실하고 근면하게 일해서 자신과 노부모를 포함한 가족의 생계를 책임 있게 공급하며, 자녀교 육과 불의의 사고를 예비한 저축과 구제 및 헌금, 각종 세금을 충당하는 것을 말한다. 맘몬이 숭배의 대상이 되면 정의가 무너지고 부패와 거짓이 세워지게 된다. 이를 일 소할 수 있는 대안은 성경적 가르침을 정립하는 것이요, 보나콤의 선교적 실천의 기 초가 거기에 있다. 보나콤은 구체적으로 규모 있는 생활 및 경제윤리의 사례를 제공 하며, 교육적 기능을 담당한다. 보나콤이 더욱 발전적인 공동체가 되기 위해서는 공동 체의 건강한 사명감과 영성이 공동체를 지키고 수십 세대를 거치면서도 지속가능한 공동체가 될 수 있는 준비가 필요하다.
