This study was conducted for the purpose of analyzing elementary school teachers' perceptions of changes in Jobs and duties according to the 4th industrial revolution and technological changes. The main results are as follows. First, it is recognized that jobs of elementary school teacher will be slightly reduced due to the environmental changes such as the 4th industrial revolution and technical changes. Second, elementary school teachers recognized "population structure and labor population change," "value and lifestyle change," "government policy and law and system change," and "development of science and technology" as major factors due to environmental changes such as the 4th industrial revolution. Third, elementary school teachers recognize that technological changes will affect changes of duties. Fourth, a large number of elementary school teachers were prepared for the impact of technological changes and recognized that they could maintain their professionalism. Suggestions for the direction of future related research are as follows. First, it is necessary to analyze the curriculum of teacher training institutions. Second, it is necessary to provide support to enhance and maintain teachers' professionalism in order to respond to environmental changes and technical changes such as the 4th Industrial Revolution. Third, it is necessary to study changes in jobs and duties of elementary school teacher in various dimensions.

본 연구는 제4차 산업혁명 및 기술변화에 따른 일자리 및 업무 변화에 대한 초등교사의 인식을 분 석하기 위한 목적으로 진행되었다. 이 연구를 통해서 얻은 주요한 결과를 정리하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 제4차 산업혁명 등 환경변화 및 기술적 변화에 의해 초등교사 일자리가 다소 감소할 것으로 인식하고 있다. 둘째, 제4차 산업혁명 등 환경변화에 의해 초등교사 일자리 변화 요인으로 ‘인구구조 및 노동인구변화’, ‘가치관과 라이프 스타일 변화’, ‘정부정책 및 법·제도 변화’, ‘과학기술 발전’ 등을 주요 요인으로 인식하고 있었다. 셋째, 초등교사는 기술적 변화가 업무 변화에 영향을 줄 것으로 인식 하고 있다. 넷째, 초등교사 대부분은 기술변화에 의한 영향에 준비가 되어 있으며, 본인의 전문성을 유 지할 수 있다고 인식하고 있었다. 향후 관련 연구의 방향에 대해 제언을 하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교원 양성 기관의 교육과정을 분석 할 필요가 있다. 둘째, 제4차 산업혁명 등 환경변화 및 기술적 변화에 대응하기 위해 교사의 전문성을 신장 및 유지 할 수 있는 지원이 필요하다. 셋째, 초등교사 일자리 및 업무 변화에 대한 다양한 차원의 연구가 필요하다.
