In this paper, we tried to present basic data that can be applied to the space utilization and application of cultural heritage buildings by considering the fire performance standards of glass members such as glass walls, opening windows, and glass blocks. Fire performance, such as fire prevention and smoke protection required in the building fire compartment, is an important factor in fire safety in the building, so it is intended to help prepare performance standards for glass members applicable to cultural heritage buildings.

본 논문에서는 건물 내 방화구획에 점차 적용이 확대되고 있는 유리벽체, 개구부 유리창, 유리블럭 등 유리부재의 화재성 능기준에 대한 우리나라와 해외의 내용을 고찰하여 문화재 건축물의 공간활용, 응용 등에 적용될 수 있는 기초자료를 제시 하고자 하였다. 건물내 방화구획에서 요구되는 화재확산방지, 연기차단 등 화재성능의 경우 화재시 건물내 화재안전에 중 요한 요소가 되므로 국내와 해외 국가들에서 규정하는 유리부재 화재성능기준을 검토하여 향후 문화재 건축물에 적용가 능한 유리부재의 성능기준 마련 및 추후 연구에 도움이 되고자 하였다.
