This study examines the aspects of heroines appearing in a B-level TV drama, , and discovers the characteristics of its storytelling. First of all, the birth process of a heroine appearing in is, in fact, a journey of ‘becoming a main character’ from a man-like woman. Pak Gyeong-seon and Seo Seung-a are characters who realizes reconciliation with herself through harmony between womanhood and manhood and actualizes self-realization. Next, the heroine of secures the probability with B-level irony as well as meme-based storytelling strategies. Pak Gyeong-seon and Seo Seung-a are heroines as a saviour; however, in real life, they are the main characters of irony full of ridiculous fooling. The meme of them acting imitatively with the scenes of either popular movies or dramas appears in almost every episode, and the meme not only reveals their uniqueness but is the B-level play that is intertextuality with other contents. This B-level sentiment works as something allowing us to enjoy the story in security. Lastly, the value of a story in with heroines trying to show how to ‘become a main character’ allows enjoying women full of social deficiency to get vicarious satisfaction and furthermore explores the possibility of actual birth of a heroine. The value also lies in reducing the concept of authority as something communal of courage and solidarity and embracing fantasy beyond conflict arousing from misandry and misogyny.

이 연구는 TV드라마 <열혈사제>에 나타난 여성 영웅의 양상을 천착하여 스토리텔링의 전략을 살핀 것이다. 이로써 여성 영웅에 관한 대중적 함의를 규명하고 이를 담아낸 B급 드라마의 의미층위를 밝혔다. 먼저, <열혈사제>의 여성 영웅 탄생 과정은 ‘유사 남성’에서 ‘주인공 되기(individuation)’의 여정이었다. 박경선과 서승아는 여성성과남성성의 조화로써 내적으로 자기화해를 이루고, 자아성취를 실현하는 것으로써 밀실권력을 응징하고 정의를 구현하기에 이른다. 다음으로 <열혈사제>의 여성 영웅은 B 급 아이러니와 밈(meme)의 스토리텔링 전략으로써 그 개연성을 확보했다. 여성 주인공들은 영웅이지만 명랑‧ 유쾌한 광대짓을 한다는 점에서 아이러니하다. 이러한 B급 아이러니는 이질적인 여성 영웅의 존재를 시청자가 수용하게 되는 희극적 장치이다. 한편 흥행한 영화와 드라마의 장면을 모방 연기한 그녀들의 밈은 다른 콘텐츠와의 상호텍스트성인 B급 놀이이다. 시청자들이 패러디와 재가공의 밈을 만든 것과 같이 그녀들은 다른 콘텐츠의 장면을 패러디함으로써 자신을 시청자와 동일 선상의 현실 인물인것처럼 도치시킨다. 이로써 TV드라마의 일상성을 획득한다. 마지막으로 <열혈사제> 여성 영웅의 이야기가치는 여성 향유자의 사회적 결핍을 대리 충족하며 나아가 실제적인 여성 영웅 탄생의 가능성을 타진하는 데 있다. 그리고 권력을 용기와 공조의 공동체적 개념으로 환원함으로써 남혐‧ 여혐 갈등을 넘어서는 환상을 제공한다. 실수를 인정하고 기꺼이 책임지는 휴머니티로써 영웅의 당대적 담론을 반영한다.
