The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for activating collaboration and interaction among researchers by analyzing the network of co-authors in academic research on multicultural education in Korea. To this end, the cooperative relationship and network structure between co-authored researchers based on academic papers related to multicultural education from 2002 to 2021 were examined. All co-authors and affiliations of academic papers with the keyword multicultural education were identified, and the top four academic journals were 「Multicultural Education Research」, 「Learner-Centered Curriculum Education Research」, 「Cultural Exchange and Multiculturalism Education」 and 「Educational Culture Research」 co-author relationship and academic influence were identified. Co-authority analysis was performed using the NetMiner 4.0 program, and the network visualization data was presented with Spring Map. As a result of the analysis, 2,117 papers were co-authored among the 4,945 papers searched for as a keyword for multicultural education. The percentage of co-authors by year is increasing overall, with an average of 43%. Among all co-authors, Kim Young-soon, Jang In-sil, and Cha Yun-kyung showed high frequency and connection centrality indicators, and were found to be influential researchers. Among all co-authors, Inha University had the highest frequency and eigenvector centrality. Among the four academic journals, Seoul National University was found to play a role as a bridge in multicultural education co-authored research due to its high mediating centrality. This study is meaningful in that it identified the cooperative network of co-authors of multicultural education academic papers through centrality indicators and visualization data.

본 연구는 국내 다문화교육 학술연구의 공저자 네트워크를 분석하여 연구자들 간의협업과 상호작용 활성화를 위한 기초 자료를 제공하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여2002년부터 2021년까지 다문화교육 관련 학술논문을 바탕으로 공저 연구자 간의 협력관계와 네트워크 구조를 살펴보았다. 다문화교육을 키워드로 하는 학술논문의 전체 공저자와 소속을 파악하였고, 상위 4개의 학술지인 「다문화교육학연구」, 「학습자중심교과교육연구」, 「문화교류와 다문화교육」, 「교육문화연구」의 공저자 관계와 학술적 영향력을 파악하였다. NetMiner 4.0 프로그램을 활용하여 공저자 중심성 분석을 실시하였고, Spring Map으로 네트워크를 시각화한 자료를 제시하였다. 분석 결과, 다문화교육키워드로 검색된 4,945편의 논문 중에서 2,117편이 공저 논문이었다. 연도별 공저 비율은 전반적으로 많아지고 있으며, 평균 43%로 나타났다. 전체 공저자 중에서 김영순, 장인실, 차윤경 등이 빈도 수와 연결 중심성 지표가 높게 나타나서, 영향력이 큰 연구자로 밝혀졌다. 전체 공저자 소속에서는 인하대학교가 빈도 수와 아이겐벡터 중심성이가장 높았다. 4개 학술지 소속에서는 서울대학교가 매개 중심성이 높아서 다문화교육공저 연구에서 가교 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 다문화교육 학술논문의공저자를 중심성 지표와 시각화 자료를 통해 공저 협력 네트워크를 규명하였다는 데에의의가 있다.
