This study aims to improve the quality of guide signs in this area with the aim of improving the visual euphoria of visitors to Bongrae-dong in Yeongdo, Busan, to provide high-quality guide signs services to users. During the research process, the Korean standard color analysis method will be operated around port areas of both the media and Japan to conduct specific color analysis and compare and analyze the two regions in detail through specific visual transmission media.We derive the advantages of superior regions through comparative analysis methods, and present a place to refer to through the analysis of the status of Bongrae-dong regions. The analysis confirmed that due to the lack of information board environment and color plans that are not suitable for port areas, it is necessary to resolve regional characteristics and improve cognitive and color plans. The results of the study suggested the design direction of the high-quality signboards in Bongrae-dong, Busan, Yeongdo, Busan, to improve the service design and the quality of public services, and suggested a reasonable design of visual transmission media for Bongrae-dong port signboards.

본 연구는 부산 영도지역 봉래동 방문자의 시각적 행복감 향상을 목표로 이 지역의 안내표지판 품질을 향상시켜 이용자에게 고 품질의 안내표지판 서비스를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 연구 과정에서 언론과 일본 양국의 항만 지역을 중심으로, 한국표준색상분 석방법을 운용하여 그에 대한 구체적인 색상분석을 진행하고 그리고 두 지역의 구체적인 시각 전달 매체를 통해 구체적으로 비 교 분석하기로 한다. 비교 분석 방법을 통해 우수한 지역의 장점을 도출하고, 봉래동 지역의 현황 분석을 통해 참고할 만한 곳 을 제시한다. 분석 결과를 통해 항구지역에 적합하지 않은 안내판 환경과 색채계획이 부족하기 때문에 지역특성 해소 및 인지 적·색채계획 개선이 필요한 것으로 확인됐다. 연구 결과는 봉래동 지역의 질 높은 안내판 설계 방향을 제시해 부산 영도지역 봉래동 외국인 관광객의 서비스 설계 필요성과 공공서비스의 질 향상을 요구했으며 봉래동 항만지역 안내판 설계를 위한 시각 전달매체의 합리적 설계안을 제시했다.
