This study delineates the strategic implications in career decisions on job preparation behavior among college students with a major in secretarial studies by empirically analyzing the impact of major satisfaction, occupational values, and self-efficacy. A total of 219 copies of effective samples were collected for university students majoring in secretarial science in Gyeonggi-do, and frequency, factor, reliability, and multiple regression analyses were performed using the SPSS 23.0 program. The results are as follows: First, after examining the impact of major satisfaction on job preparation behavior, we found that awareness satisfaction had a significant impact on preliminary job preparation behavior, whereas awareness satisfaction and relationship satisfaction had a significant impact on full-fledged job preparation behavior. Second, focusing on the impact of job values on job preparation behavior, internal values influenced preliminary job preparation behavior, whereas external values significantly affected full-fledged job preparation behavior. Third, after examining the impact of self-efficacy in career decisions on job preparation behavior, goal setting and future planning components have a significant impact on preliminary and full-fledged job preparation behaviors. The findings of this study contribute to establishing customized employment strategies to strengthen job preparation behavior for college students majoring in secretarial studies and provide measures for career guidance to ensure their success in their chosen field.

본 연구의 목적은 1997년 말 IMF 외환위기 이후 유례를 찾아보기 힘든 청년층의 심각한 취업난에 대학생들의 취업준비기간이 더욱 길어짐에 따라 비서학 전공 전문대학생들을 대상으로 전공만족도, 직 업가치관, 진로결정 자기효능감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향관계에 대해 실증적으로 분석하여 전략 적 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 경기도내 2년제 비서학 전공 대학생을 대상으 로 총 219부의 유효표본을 수집하였으며, SPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 도출된 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전공만족도가 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 인식만족은 예비적 취업준비행동에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 인식만족과 관계만족은 본격적 취업준비 행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업가치관이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살 펴본 결과, 내재적 가치관은 예비적 취업준비행동에 영향을 주었으며, 외재적 가치관은 본격적 취업준 비행동에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 진로결정 자기효능감이 취업준비행동에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 결과, 목표설정과 미래계획 구성요인은 예비적, 본격적 취업준비행동에 모두 유의한 영 향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 토대로 비서학 전공 대학생들의 취업준비행동을 강화할 수 있는 맞춤형 취업전략을 수립하고 취업성공을 위한 진로지도 방안을 제공할 수 있을 것이다.
