This study sought to explore the work experience of 11 low-income poor women participating in social enterprise activities. Therefore, low-income poor women participating in social enterprises were selected as study participants from among the primary national beneficiaries, low-income families, and the second-highest class with school-age children aged more than six months. In other words, they conducted in-depth interviews with low-income poor women about their work experience in social enterprises to understand their work experience by Giorgi's phenomenological research methods. The results of the in-depth interview could be summarized into 12 sub-components and six key components: "Day in Pain," "Economic Independence," "Me in Work," "Organizational Conflict," "Me in Progress for a Better Life," and "Me in Stronger." The working experience of low-income poor women was a positive process of change, and child growing up showing pride as a confident social worker through capacity building even in moments of frustration and hardship. The results of this study can be used to explore the development direction of social enterprises involving low-income poor women. It is also expected to contribute to the intervention in capacity building for poor women in social enterprises.

본 연구는 사회적 기업에 활동에 참여하는 11인의 저소득 빈곤 여성들을 대상으로 사회적 기업에 서의 노동경험을 탐색하고자 하였다. 따라서 사회적 기업에 참여하고 있는 저소득 빈곤 여성으로 국 민기초수급대상자, 법정 저소득모자가정, 차상위계층 가운데 사회적 기업 참여기간이 6개월 이상 된 학령기 자녀를 둔 여성들 중 실무자들의 추천을 받아 연구 참여자로 선정하였다. 즉, 저소득 빈곤 여 성을 대상으로 사회적 기업에서의 노동경험에 대해 심층면접을 진행하여 Giorgi의 현상학적 연구방법 에 의거하여 그들의 노동 경험을 이해하고자 하였다. 심층면접 내용에 대한 분석결과들은 12개의 하 위 구성요소들과 ‘고통 속의 나날’, ‘경제적 자립을 위해 노력하기’, 일터의 나’, 조직의 갈등상황’, ‘더 나은 삶을 위해 나아가는 나’, ‘강해지는 나’라는 6 개의 핵심구성요소로 정리할 수 있었다. 저소득 빈 곤 여성들의 노동경험은 좌절과 고난의 순간에서도 역량강화를 통해 당당한 사회인으로 자부심을 드 러내며 성장하는 긍정적 변화과정아라고 할 수 있었다. 본 연구의 결과는 저소득 한부모 빈곤여성이 참여하는 사회적 기업의 발전방향을 모색해보는 데 활용될 수 있으며, 사회적 기업의 빈곤여성을 위 한 역량강화 개입방안에도 기여할 것으로 사료된다.
