Alcohol has many effects on individuals and on society as a whole. There are examples that contributed to the fall of the ancient Shang dynasty, and on the other hand, it is also a means of expressing desire for salvation and liberation. The Chojeong Park ja-ga made extensive use of drinking content in his book. Although his inner feelings of sadness may be implied through alcohol, his view of alcohol is quite generous and acceptable. Alcohol was frequently followed during academic discussions among the Baektap poetry club members, a key network of Park ja-ga’s friendship and research. For Park Je-ga, alcohol is sometimes negatively controlled, such as being described as a health constraint, but alcohol and drinking are generously expressed in various ways as a medium of friendship and academic exchange, an icon of respect and appreciation, a means of relieving tension or a temporary stress, a symbol of romantic atmosphere, and a medium of joy and refreshment. Although this study has many limitations, it is meaningful that the study combines Chojeong's view of alcohol and drinking with the world view to diversify the value of the study. It is expected that related studies will be continued.

술은 개인에게 있어서 또 사회 전체에 있어서 많은 영향을 끼치며, 수많은 역사적 인물들이 술과 음주에 대하여 그들의 저작을 통하여 나름대로의 관점과 시각을 기록하여 전하여왔다. 초정(楚亭) 박제가(朴齊家)는 음주 콘텐츠를 그의 저작 속에서 폭넓게 활용하였다. 술을 통 해 내면의 비애감정이 암시되기도 하지만, 술을 보는 그의 시선은 상당히 관대하고 허용적인 특징이 있다. 그의 친교 ․ 연구의 핵심 네트워크인 백탑시파 구성원 간의 학술토의 과정에서는 빈번히 술이 자연스레 곁들여졌다. 박제가에게 술은 건강의 제약 요소로 묘사되는 등 부정적으로 관조되기도 하지만, 우정 ․ 학술교류의 매개체, 존경 ․ 감사의 아이콘, 긴장완화의 방편, 임시적 스트레스 해소 수단, 낭 만적 분위기의 상징, 즐거움과 청량함의 매개물 등으로 술과 음주가 다양한 측면에서 관대하 게 표현되고 있다. 이 연구는 많은 한계가 있으나, 술과 음주에 있어서 초정의 관점과 세계관을 접목하여 박 제가 연구에 있어서의 가치를 다양화하였다는 점에 이 연구의 의미를 두며, 추후 관련한 연구 들이 이어지기를 기대한다.
