The purpose of this study was to establish a strategy for women's vault YSJ players to use acting skills in preparation for the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. Based on the video of the 2019 World Championships women's vault final match and the results of the competition provided by FIG, the analysis subjects analyzed the performance of YSJ and major competitors and concluded that: Major competitors, BILES Simone and CAREY Jade, performed 11.8 difficulty points in 1st and 2nd respectively, while YSJ performed 11.6 difficulty points in 1st and 2nd respectively. Plan 1) Improve the completion of YSJ's primary technology, Handspring fwd on str to fwd with 2/1t, and improve the secondary technology Round off, flac on str to bwd with 2/1t (difficulty 5.4 points), thereby maintaining insufficient height. Plan 2) With the 2nd technology of 5.4 points, the team can win the gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics because it can increase the difficulty score of 0.2 points, which is 5.8 points for BS and CJ players.
