The purpose of this study is to derive the development plan of the physical education donation policy. The research procedure to achieve the research objective was made in three steps. Comparison of the core competencies of the first stage survey on the actual condition of physical education donation program, Step 2: satisfaction analysis of physical education donation program, The last three stages of the priority of key components of the policy development plan for physical education donation was analyzed. As a result, the core constituents of the development plan for the physical education donation policy consisted of support, promotion, program, database, system, and policy. As a result of priority analysis of the core constituents of the development plan for the physical education donation policy, it was found that support was most importantly perceived with a weight of 31.5%, policy 25.0%, system 11.8%, promotion 11.2%, and program 6.9% appeared in order.

이 연구의 목적은 체육분야의 교육기부 정책 발전 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이 연구의 연구목적을 달성해 연구절차 는 3단계로 이루어졌다. 1단계로 체육관련 교육기부 프로그램 운영실태 조사를 실시하였으며, 2단계 연구로는 체육관련 교육기부 프로그램 만족도 분석을 실시하였다. 마지막 3단계에서는 체육관련 교육기부 정책 발전 방안의 핵심 구성요인 의 우선순위를 분석하였다. 연구대상은 체육예술교육기부 프로그램 참가자 588명과 체육관련 교육기부 전문가 7명을 대상으로 하였으며, 조사도구는 설문지를 사용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS23.0과 Expert Choice 2000을 이용하여, 빈도 분석, 일원변량분석, 우선순위분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 체육관련 교육기부 정책 발전 방안의 핵심 구성요인은 지원, 홍보, 프로그램, 데이터베이스, 시스템, 정책으로 구성되었다. 체육분야 교육기부 발전 방안의 핵심 구성요인의 우선순위 분석결과 지원이 31.5%의 가중치로 가장 중요하게 생각하는 것으로 나타났으며, 정책 25.0%, 시스템 11.8%, 홍보 11.2%, 프로그램 6.9%의 가중치 순서로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 종합해보면 체육분야의 교육기부 정책 발전을 위해서 는 정부의 정책적 지원이 우선적으로 지원될 필요성이 있다.
