This study intends to derive strategic marketing plans for players and companies by deriving a positioning map for the sports star player reputation scale using a multidimensional scale method that is easy to analyze competition. For this purpose, a total of 4 sports stars (Heung-Min Son, Yuna Kim, Yeon-Kyung Kim, and Hyun-Jin Ryu) were selected based on the results of a survey conducted by D Sports Newspaper, taking into account player preferences, redundancy in sports, and the appropriate number of questions. For the study, a questionnaire was filled out using the questionnaire form of N company, a portal site, and a total of 1,156 questionnaires were used for final analysis through online using company K's SNS. In this study, the sports star reputation factors derived from the study of Kim Wook-ki and Oh Tae-woong (2020) were modified and supplemented for this study. As a result of the study, the competitive image of Kim Yeon-kyung and Son Heung-min was the highest, and the competitive image of Ryu Hyun-jin and Kim Yu-na was the most distant as a result of analyzing the competitive relationship on the sports star player reputation factors. In addition, as a result of positioning maps according to the reputation of sports star players, in the order of performance factors, Heung-Min Son, Yeon-Kyung Kim, Hyun-Jin Ryu, and Yun-A Kim appeared in the order, and Yuna Kim, Yeon-Kyung Kim, Heung-Min Son, and Hyun-Jin Ryu were shown in the order of the remaining reputation factors.

본 연구는 경쟁 분석이 용이한 다차원척도법을 이용하여 스포츠 스타 선수평판 척도에 대한 포지셔닝 맵 도출을 통해 선수 및 기업의 전략적 마케팅 방안을 도출하고자 한다. 이를 위해 D 스포츠 신문사에서 실시한 조사결과를 바탕으로 선수 선호도 및 스포츠 종목의 중복성, 그리고 설문 문항 수의 적정량 등을 고려하여 총 4명(손흥민, 김연아, 김연경, 류현 진)의 스포츠 스타를 선정하였다. 연구를 위해 포털사이트 N사의 설문지 폼을 이용하여 설문지를 작성하고 K사의 SNS를 이용하여 온라인을 통해 총 1,156부의 설문지를 최종분석에 사용하였다. 본 연구에서는 김욱기와 오태웅(2020)의 연구 에서 도출된 스포츠 스타 평판요인을 본 연구에 맞게 수정, 보완하여 작성하였다. 연구결과 스포츠 스타 선수평판요인에 대한 경쟁 관계를 분석한 결과 김연경과 손흥민의 경쟁 이미지가 가장 높게 나타났으며, 류현진과 김연아의 경쟁 이미지가 가장 멀게 나타났다. 또한 스포츠 스타 선수의 평판에 따른 포지셔닝 맵에서 도출된 결과, 경기성과 요인에서는 손흥민, 김연경, 류현진, 김연아 순으로 나타났으며, 나머지 평판요인에서는 김연아, 김연경, 손흥민, 류현진 순으로 나타났다.
