The study sought to identify the structural relationship between the empowering leadership, satisfaction and team performance of ball sports leaders. To this end, 200 middle, high school, and college ball sports team coaches (soccer, basketball, volleyball, and baseball) were set up as a population between February and August 2020, and a survey was conducted using convenience sampling methods. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0ver and AMOS 18.0ver as follows. First, the influence of university ball sports leadership has been shown to have a static effect on satisfaction. Second, the empowering leadership of university ball sports leaders has been shown to have a static impact on team performance. Third, satisfaction has been shown to have a static effect on team performance.

이 연구는 구기스포츠 지도자의 임파워링리더십과 만족 및 팀성과의 구조적 관계를 규명하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2020년 2월부터 8월 사이에 중, 고교, 대학 구기스포츠 팀(축구, 농구, 배구, 야구) 코치 200명을 편의표본추출법으로 표집하여 설문조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0ver과 AMOS 18.0ver을 이용하여 분석한 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 구기스포츠지도자의 임파워링리더십은 만족에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 구기스포츠 지도 자의 임파워링리더십은 팀 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 만족은 팀 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
