The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of mentoring experience of recreational leaders on sports values and social attitudes, and as of 2021, private specialized centers (cultural centers) located in Yeongdong, Gangwon-do(Gangneung, Donghae, Samcheok, Sokcho). Autonomous centers, welfare centers) and 187 recreational leaders working in private academies were extracted as the population. First, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the recreational leader's mentoring experience and sports values, the role is economical, sociable, character, mental is social, recreational, aesthetic, physical, character, social is social, character, performance. Second, as a result of analyzing the relationship between the recreational leader's mentoring experience and social attitude, the role-oriented control, belonging, mental control, belonging, self-confidence, and social was found to have a significant effect on the sense of control, the sense of belonging, and the sense of belonging, respectively. Third, it was found that there was a causal relationship between the mentoring experience of the recreational leader and the sports value and social attitude.

본 연구는 본 연구는 레크리에이션 지도자의 멘토링 경험이 스포츠가치관 및 사회적 태도에 미치는 영향을 규명하 는데 있으며, 대상은 2021년 현재 강원도 영동 지방(강릉, 동해, 삼척, 속초)에 있는 사설전문센터(문화센터, 자치센터, 복지회관) 및 사설 학원에서 근무 하고 있는 레크리에이션 지도자 187명을 모집단으로 추출하였고 자료처리를 통해 다음 과 같은 결론을 나타내었다. 첫째, 레크리에이션 지도자의 멘토링 경험과 스포츠가치관의 관계를 분석한 결과 역할적 경험은 경제적, 사교적, 품성적에, 정신적은 사교적, 오락적, 심미적, 신체적, 품성적, 사회적 경험은 사교적, 품성적, 수행 적 경험은 경제적, 신체적, 품성적에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 레크리에이션 지도자의 멘토링 경험과 사회적 태도의 관계를 분석한 결과 역할적 경험은 통제력, 소속감, 정신적 경험은 통제력, 소속감, 자신감, 사회적 경험은 통제력, 소속감, 수행적 경험은 소속감에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 레크리에이션 지도자 의 멘토링 경험과 스포츠가치관 및 사회적 태도 간의 인과적 관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다.
