The study was aimed at identifying political control factors and how they work in public sport organizations. Through this, we ultimately want to understand the overall political control situation of public sport organizations and lay the foundation for the organization to operate and develop more efficiently. Results from this study are as follows. The results were divided into demographic characteristics, the political control factors and how it works in public sport organizations. Demographic characteristics derived gender, age, department, position, and service years for 10 people. Next is the political control factors and how it works in public sport organizations. The political control factors of public sport organizations are divided into institutional and non-institutional factors. Among the institutional factors were legislation and company regulation, finance, evaluation, audit, and regulation, non-institutional factors such as stakeholders(the person in charge, the head of an organization), circumstances. This political control factors have been shown to operate in a compliance and management manner.

이 연구는 스포츠공공조직의 정치통제 요인 및 작동방법에 관하여 밝히는데 목적을 두었다. 이를 통해 궁극적으로 스포츠공공조직의 정치통제 상황 전반을 이해하고 조직이 보다 효율적으로 운영관리, 발전할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고자 한다. 이 연구를 통해 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 인구사회학적 특성, 스포츠공공조직의 정치통제 요인 및 작동방법으로 구분하여 결과를 도출하였다. 인구사회학적 특성에서는 10명에 대한 성별, 연령, 부서, 직위(직급), 근속연수 등을 도출하 였다. 다음으로는 스포츠공공조직의 정치통제 요인 및 작동방법이다. 스포츠공공조직의 정치통제 요인은 제도 요인과 비제도 요인으로 구분하여 제시하였다. 제도 요인으로는 법제 및 사규, 재정, 평가, 감사, 규제, 비제도 요인으로는 이해관 계자(담당자, 단체장 등), 상황 등을 도출하였다. 이 정치통제 요인은 준수 및 관리 방식으로 작동하는 것으로 나타났다.
