Since its launch in 2019, the Pocheon Sineup-dong Resi dents' Council has been seeking to improve housing welf are and quality of life, restore urban vitality, create jobs, restore community and social integration, which are the four goals of the urban renewal New Deal. The purpose of this study is to improve the landscape of alleyways usi ng storytelling contents conducted as a project to improv e the landscape of alleyways in Sineup-dong, Pocheon-si, and to develop a plan to improve the landscape of alleyw ays through storytelling. The scope of the study is Poche on-ro 1585beon-gil, Jungang-ro 119beon-gil, and the pro ject period is from August 10, 2020 to November 7, 2020, and the contents range is to investigate and analyze basi c directions of the target site. As a result of the study, the entire area of Pocheon Sineup-dong Alley Road, whic h was conducted as part of Pocheon Culture and Arts Pu blic Design, was divided into A, B, C, and D, but through the survey of local residents, A, Makgeolli, Lee Hang-bo k, and the improvement direction were decided. Pocheon Makgeolli was re-lighted as a health liquor, and the soil results of this ship were summarized as hope, wish fulfill ment, happiness, and health, and the story of Lee Hang-b ok persimmon tree was reinterpreted as a child genius ch atter full of humor and wit. Since then, LED lights have been installed on wind lamps to make them look bright even at dark nights through drawing and deploying meas ures to improve the landscape of alleys, developing ideas to prevent safe return and crimes caused by night lights, and developing a segmentation process in the alley visual ization process.

포천 신읍동 주민협의체는 2019년 발족식 이후 도시재생 뉴딜의 4대 목표인 주거복지 및 삶의 질 향상, 도시활력 회복, 일자리 창출, 공동체 회복 및 사회통합 추구 하고 있다. 본 연 구의 목적은 포천시 신읍동 골목길 경관개선 사업으로 진행 된 스토리텔링된 콘텐츠를 활용한 골목길 경관개선으로 스토 리 발굴 후 스토리텔링으로 전개하여 골목길 경관개선 방안 을 도출하는 것이다. 연구의 범위는 공간적 범위는 포천로 15 85번길, 중앙로 119번길로 골목길 재생사업 지역, 시간적 범 위는 사업기간은 2020년 8월 10일부터 2020년 11월 7일까지 이며, 내용적 범위는 과업내용으로 대상지 기초방향 조사 및 분석, 골목길 특성화 사업 기본계획수립, 디자인기본계획 등 이다. 연구결과, 포천 문화예술 공공디자인의 일환으로 진행 된 포천 신읍동 골목길 전체 구역 현황은 A 구역, B 구역, C 구역, D 구역로 구분하였으나 현장지원센터와 주민협의체 협 의 끝에 스토리 채집과 지역주민 설문 과정을 통하여 A구역, 소재는 토정 이지함과 막걸리와 이항복 스토리, 개선방향은 스토리가 있는 디자인 등으로 제작 방안을 정하였다. 포천 막 걸리는 건강주로 재조명 되고 이지함의 토정비결은 희망, 소 원성취, 행복, 건강으로 요약되었고 이항복 감나무 이야기는 해학과 기지가 넘치는 어린이 천재 재담꾼으로 재해석하여 골목을 활성화 시키고자 각각의 벽화 시뮬레이션 예시안을 제시하였다. 이후 골목길 경관개선 방안 도출과 전개를 통하 여 어두운 밤에도 환하게 보이도록 풍등에 LED 조명 설치하 여 야간 조명으로 인한 안전귀가 및 범죄예방으로 아이디어 를 전개하고 골목의 시각화 과정에서 세분화 과정을 전개해 나갔다.
