Recently, the U.S. military has devised the concept of All Domain Operations and Mosaic Warfare, which are new ways of conducting warfare in order to maintain an edge in military competition with rival countries and to prepare for future warfare. In this paper, the new warfare concept of the U.S. military and the development of the command and control system to carry out these operations were analyzed from the viewpoint of doctrine, organization, technology and procedure. Finally, the future plans for the construction of the C2 system in preparation for future warfare were presented according to the perspective.

최근 미군은 경쟁국과 군사적 경쟁에서 우위를 유지하고, 미래전을 대비하기 위해 새로운 전쟁 수행방식인 전영역작전과 모자이크전 개념을 구상하였다. 본 논문에서는 미군의 새로운 전쟁수행 개 념과 이들 작전을 수행하기 위한 지휘통제체계 개발 현황을 교리, 조직, 기술 및 절차의 관점으로 분 석하였다. 마지막으로 향후 우리 군의 미래전 대비 C2체계 구축방안을 관점에 따라 제시하였다.
