The purpose of this study is to develop a new and refresher curriculum for a laboratory safety manager. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, research methods used as an analysis of previous studies, FGI, and online surveys. The results are as follows. First, the training course was composed of a new and refresher curriculum according to law. The new training course consisted of 38 hours, including laboratory safety manager duties(literacy training), laboratory safety management law, laboratory safety management(practice), laboratory health environment management, pre-hazard risk analysis, and safety manager technology. Second, the refresher curriculum consisted of 24 hours, and the new curriculum and the composition system were the same but consisted of 13 sub-curricular subjects. The teaching and learning strategies of the refresher curriculum subjects were differentiated to increase the flexibility of curriculum operation. Third, the syllabus was designed to enable the operation of a standardized curriculum by explicitly presenting the core contents, teaching and learning strategies, and recommended teaching and learning activities. 이 연구의 목적은 연구실안전관리사 전문자격취득 후 입직 전 이수해야 하는 신규 및 보수 교육과정 을 개발하는 데 있다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 연구실 안전관리와 관련된 선행연구 및 유사 자격 제도 분석, FGI, 온라인 설문조사 등의 연구방법을 활용하였다, 연구의 결과 및 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구실안전관리사 교육과정은 법령에 따라 신규와 보수 교육과정으로 구성하였다. 연구실안전관리 사 신규 교육과정은 38시간으로 연구실안전관리사책무(소양교육), 연구실안전관리법률, 연구실안전관리 (실무), 연구실 보건환경관리, 사전유해인자위험분석 및 안전관리사 기술 등 5개 교과군에 15개 하위 교 과목으로 구성하였다. 둘째, 보수 교육과정은 24시간으로 신규 교육과정과 구성체계는 동일하나 13개의 하위 교과목으로 구성하였고, 보수 교육과정 교과목의 교수학습전략을 차별화하여 교육과정 운영의 유연 성을 기하였다. 셋째, 교수요목 설계는 핵심내용, 교수학습전략, 추천 교수학습활동을 구체적으로 제시하 여 표준화된 교육과정의 운영이 가능하도록 하였다. 향후 교과목 설계 및 교수요목에 근거하여 교육 목 표, 내용, 교수학습 전략 및 방법, 평가 계획을 수립하고 교재를 개발하며 이에 따른 운영이 요구된다.
