In this study, the introduction of the arts entrepreneurship program was proposed for the university dance department as a plan for the expansion of expertise to strengthen the employment competency of dance major by analyzing the arts entrepreneurship under the situation that the change of industrial structure, labor market and job competence is becoming visible owing to the fourth industrial revolution. With the advent of the 4th industrial revolution era, entrepreneurship has been emphasized in many universities, and the characteristics and new roles of arts entrepreneurship have been examined. This study will provide fundamental research prior to designing a model of optimized arts entrepreneurship program that reflects the environment of the universities and dance departments in Korea.

본 연구에서는 4차 산업혁명으로 인해 산업구조, 노동시장, 직무역량의 변화가 가시화되고 있는 상황에서, 대학 무용전공자들의 취업역량 강화 및 전문성 확장을 위한 방안으로 ’기회 추구‘를 핵심으로 하는 사고방식이자 접근 방법인 예술기업가정신 교육 도입을 제안하였다. 이를 위해 기업가정신으로부터 분화된 예술기업가정신의 특성 및 역할에 대해 이론적으로 살펴보고 국내 대학 무용학과의 전반적인 교육과정 및 진로현황 분석을 진행하여 예술기업가정신 적용을 위한 방향성을 모색하였다. 이러한 분석을 통해 체계적인 예술기업가정신 교육을 위한 전제조건으로 1) 타 학과와의 학제적·운영적 협업 체계 구축, 2) 실천·실습 중심의 경험학습(experiential learning) 제공, 3) 예술기업가정신 전문 교육자 양성 및 교육 가이드라인 개발 등이 도출될 수 있었다. 본 연구 는 예술기업가정신 프로그램 도입의 당위성을 타진함과 동시에 궁극적으로는 국내 대학환경과 무용학과의 특성 을 반영한 최적화된 예술기업가정신 프로그램 모델 설계를 위한 기초자료를 제공할 것이다.
