This article examines Volume 2 of Nogeoldae Sinseok Eonhae housed by Seoul Museum of History. Nogeoldae Sinseok Eonhae, one of Korean language annotations of Nogeoldae, is woodblock edition of 3 volumes and 3 books published by Gyoseogwan(校書館) in 1763 (39th year of King Yeongjo’s reign). As for relevant materials, only its Volume 1 housed by Columbia University since Korean War has been known, and besides it, there is no known material that has been handed down. The Volume 2 of Nogeoldae Sinseok Eonhae examined by this article is housed by Seoul Museum of History and is the only edition identified so far in Korea and in the World, and its overall contents have not been known. This article introduces the features of annotations in Volume 2 that unlike Volume 1, some non-reflection of palatalization is found and that confusions between ‘ㅓ’ and ‘ㅡ’ are identified. In addition, it introduces that as for Chinese words, the use of ‘吃’ in the simplified form and the use of particle ‘呢’ are found and that it is the last edition in which ‘算’ was used in the original text among Nogeoldae Sinseok Eonhaes. Further, the contrast of the back of the front cover with ink writings of Wichang Library edition Nogeoldae Sinseok in National Library of Korea allows the grasping of the dialectical characteristics of the relevant ink writings. Therefore, this literature is worth investigation from various viewpoints.

이 글은 서울역사박물관 소장의 『老乞大新釋諺解』 권2를 살펴본 것이다. 『노걸대신석언해』는 老乞大諺解類의 하나로, 1763년(영조 39) 校書館에서 간행한 3권 3책의 목판본이다. 해당 자료는 한국전쟁 이후 미국 컬럼비아대학에 소장된 권1만이 알려졌을 뿐, 이외 현전 자료에 대해서는 알려진 바가 없다. 본고에서 살펴본 서울역사박물관 소장 『노걸대신석언해』 권2는 한국 뿐만 아니라 세계에서도 유일본으로 확인되며, 전반적인 내용이 알려지지 않은 자료이다. 본고에서는 언해문에서 권1과 달리 구개음화 미반영이 일부 확인되며, ‘ㅓ’와 ‘ㅡ’의 혼동 현상이 확인된다는 특징을 소개하였다. 또, 漢語의 경우 다른 노걸대언해류와 달리 俗字 ‘吃’의 사용과 어조사 ‘呢’ 등의 사용이 나타난다는 점과 노걸대언해류 중 원문에 ‘算’이 사용된 마지막 판본임을 소개하였다. 이외에도 앞표지 裏面과 국립중앙도서관 위창문고본 『老乞大新釋』의 墨書와 대조를 통해 해당 墨書들의 방언 특성을 파악할 수 있다는 점 등을 보아 본 문헌은 다양한 관점에서 살펴볼 가치가 있다.
