Currently, for the construction of indoor spatial information, many optics-based observation equipments are utilized, which is gradually improving compared to the existing observation time and accuracy. This study evaluated the effectiveness with terrestial laser scanner by constructing indoor spatial information using a mobile laser scanner that is expected to be useful in many fields when constructing such indoor spatial information. As a results, first, the accuracy was shown as 0.047m in X-direction, 0.032m in Y-direction, and 0.038m in Z-direction, so the three-dimensional mean absolute error showed the accuracy as 0.039m. Second, the required accuracy could be secured for the measurement of earth volume or the observation of geographic features in mountainous area based on the calculated accuracy. Third, it could be fully applied to the disaster prevention map or disaster site with poor observation environment. If the mobile laser scanning is used for the construction of indoor spatial information in the future, such beneficial information could be provided to the area of maintenance and utilization through the rapid construction and utilization.

현재 실내공간정보 구축에 있어서 많은 광학 기반의 관측 장비들이 활용되고 있으며 기존의 관측 시간과 정확도에 비하여 날로 향상되고 있다. 본 연구는 많은 분야에서 활용성이 기대되고 있는 이동식 레이저 스캐너를 이용하여 실내공간정보를 구축함으로 기존의 지상 레이저 스캐너와의 효용성을 평가하였다. 그 결과 첫째 정확도 는 X방향 0.047m, Y방향 0.032m, Z방향 0.038m로서 3차원 평균 절대오차가 0.039m의 정확도가 나타남을 알 수 있었다. 둘째 산정된 정확도를 바탕으로 토공량 측정이나, 산악지의 지형·지물 관측에도 요구된 정확도를 확보할 수 있었다. 셋째 관측 환경 조건이 열악한 재난 현장이나 재해 예방지도에도 충분히 활용성이 있는 것으로 연구되 었으며, 향후 실내공간정보 구축 시 이동식 레이저 스캐닝을 사용한다면 신속한 구축과 많은 활용분야에 유익한 정보를 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.
