As we enter the age of aging, social and policy efforts to maintain a healthy quality of life are being reflected. As a representative example, various healthcare services for ICT-based health management and maintenance are being commercialized in conjunction with the generalization and popularization of medical technology. Therefore, in this paper, through voice analysis, a method to improve the effect of kidney function was derived according to the temperature setting of the left warmer, which is widely used by the general public. To this end, the change of the negative analysis result according to the temperature of the left warmer for each Sasang constitution was measured and the effect on kidney function was studied. Finally, in the case of yang constitutions, the effect was proven at low temperatures. In addition, in the case of the eum constitution, the effect was proven at high temperatures.

고령화 시대에 접어들면서, 건강한 삶의 질을 영유하기 위한 사회적, 정책적 노력이 반영되고 있다. 대표 적인 사례로, 의학 기술의 보편화, 대중화에 접목한 ICT 기반의 건강 관리 및 유지를 위한 다양한 헬스케어 서비 스가 제품화되고 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 음성 분석을 통해 일반인들이 많이 사용하고 있는 좌온기의 온도 설정에 따라 신장 기능의 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 도출하였다. 이를 위해, 사상체질별 좌온기 온도에 따 른 음성 분석 결과의 변화를 측정하였으며, 신장 기능에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 최종적으로, 양 체질의 경우 낮은 온도에서 효과가 입증되었으며, 음 체질의 경우 높은 온도에서 효과가 입증되었다.
