The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of the government support project on the business continuity intention of urban-type micro manufacturing enterprises(MMEs), and to seek the direction of development for the effectiveness and service quality of the MME support programs. This study classified the government support programs into training & consulting programs in terms of knowledge and facilities & funding support programs in the material aspect. Based on precedent research, a causal relationship model between self-efficacy, entrepreneurial satisfaction, grit and business continuity intention was established. The questionnaire for empirical analysis was targeted to MMEs who experienced support programs through 9 small business specialized support centers in Gyeonggi-do, and the collected questionnaire data was analyzed through SmartPLS 3.3.2, a PLS structural equation modeling tool. As a result of the analysis, it was found that training & consulting program had a significant influence on the self-efficacy, and facilities & funding support program had a significant influence on the business continuity intention. In addition, it was found that the self-efficacy and entrepreneurial satisfaction had a significant influence on the business continuity intention through the mediation of grit. Among the hypotheses established, the prediction that training & consulting support program would influence on grit through the mediation of self-efficacy was not supported, which can be estimated to reflect conventional wisdom that facilities & funding program would have a more positive influence on MMEs. This result implies that various methods to further improve the quality of the training & consulting support program for MMEs should be taken into account. This study conducted a questionnaire on MMEs struggling in the situation of Corona 19, and there is a limitation that generalization of the research results is difficult due to a limited sample. However, it is hoped that this study will help re-examine the importance of urban-type micro manufacturing enterprises, which form the basis of the root industry, and revitalize related research.

본 연구의 목적은 정부지원사업이 도시형소공인의 사업지속의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 규명 하여, 소공인 지원사업의 효과성과 서비스품질에 대한 발전방향을 모색하고자 하는 것이다. 이 를 위해 다양한 소공인 지원사업을 크게 지식적인 측면에서 교육·컨설팅 지원프로그램과 물질적 인 측면에서 시설·자금 지원프로그램으로 분류하고, 선행연구를 바탕으로 자기효능감, 창업만족, 그릿과 사업지속의도 간의 인과관계 모형을 수립하였다. 실증분석을 위한 설문조사는 경기 지역 9개 소공인특화지원센터를 통해 지원프로그램을 경험한 소공인을 대상으로 하였으며, 회수된 설 문데이터는 PLS구조방정식 도구인 SmartPLS 3.3.2를 통해 분석되었다. 분석 결과, 교육·컨설팅 지원은 소공인의 자기효능감에 유의한 영향을 미쳤고, 시설·자금지원은 소공인의 창업만족에 유 의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 소공인의 자기효능감과 창업만족은 그릿을 매개로 사업지속의도에 크게 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 설정한 가설 중 교육·컨설팅지원 이 소공인의 자기효능감을 매개로 그릿에 영향을 미칠 것이라는 예측이 기각되었는데, 이는 상 대적으로 시설·자금지원이 소공인에게 더 큰 긍정적 영향을 미칠 것이라는 일반적인 통념이 반 영된 것으로 추정할 수 있다. 또한 이점은 소공인 교육 및 컨설팅 지원의 서비스 품질을 더욱 향 상시킬 수 있는 방안을 강구해야 한다는 점을 시사하고 있다. 본 연구는 코로나19의 상황에서 고전하고 있는 도시형소공인을 대상으로 설문조사를 진행했고, 한정된 표본으로 인해 연구결과의 일반화가 어렵다는 한계가 존재한다. 하지만, 본 연구를 통해 뿌리산업의 근간을 이루는 도시 형소공인의 중요성에 대한 재조명과 관련 연구의 활성화에 도움이 되기를 기대한다.
