This study aims to examine the experience of women, who are directly involved, to find countermeasures against the low fertility in Korean society. To this end, it conducted the focus group interview and composed 24 woman participants who are in the life cycle of marriage, fertility, and child rearing into 4 groups to search the data. As a result of the study, it derived as a pending issue related to low fertility in Korean society, and it showed as a future direction. The significance of this study is to research the low fertility policies from the perspective of life cycle, and to be derived the pending issue and countermeasures reflecting women's subjective consciousness. In addition, it became the basic data to develop sustainable policies of low fertility, reflecting women's opinions. Based on this, it is expected that the low fertility policy in Korean society will be the beginning of discussions to develop as a family policy.

본 연구의 목적은 한국사회 저출산 현상의 대안 모색을 위하여 당사자인 여성의 경험을 탐색하는 데에 있다. 이를 위해 초점집단인터뷰를 실시하였으며, 연구참여자는 결혼, 출산, 양육의 생애주기에 놓인 여성 24명을 4집단으로 구성하여 자료를 탐색하였다. 연구결과, 한국사회 저출산 관련 현안으로 는 <체감하고 공감 받지 못하는 저출산 정책의 딜레마>가 도출되었으며, 나아갈 방향으로는 <누리고 체감하는 가족정책으로 나아가기>로 드러났다. 이에 본 연구의 의의는 생애주기적 관점에서 저출산 정 책을 탐색하였으며, 당사자인 여성들의 주관적 인식이 반영된 현안과 대안이 도출되었다는 데에 있다. 더불어 당사자의 의견이 반영된 지속가능한 저출산 정책 개발을 위한 기초자료가 되었다. 이를 기반으 로 한국사회의 저출산 정책이 가족정책으로 성장하기 위한 논의의 시작이 되길 기대한다.
