This Research focuses on the effect of location-based mobile advertisement considering both of product involvement and advertising expression. The product involvement is classified as high and low involvement and forms of text and picture advertising, which are commonly used in mobile advertising, are chose in this research. To verify the advertising effect for location-based mobile advertisement, advertising attitude, brand attitude, and purchase intention are assessed by conducting survey experiment, which is stimulated for the location-based mobile advertisement including product involvement and advertising expressions. This study empirically investigates whether Directors’ Network affects Bankruptcy using non-financial firms listed in KOSPI market of Korea over period of 2001 to 2016. Based on previous theories and empirical results, hypothesis documents that directors’ network decreases possibility of bankruptcy because of sharing of fundamental information. We tested effects of network of board directors on bankruptcy. As a result, directors’ of network has a significantly negative effect on bankruptcy. This result implies that network as independent variable is appropriate to alleviate risk of environment, to protect business risk and to increase efficiency of operation. Using socail network analysis, we recognised characters of networks of firms and importance of appointment of interlocking director.

본 연구는 한국 상장기업의 이사 네트워크와 파산의 관계를 검증하였다. 연구기간은 2001년부터 2016년까 지 16년 기간 동안 거래소에 상장된 기업을 대상으로 이사회의 소셜 네트워크를 분석하고, 이를 토대로 기 업의 네트워크 중심성 지수를 개발하였다. 이사 네트워크가 강할수록 기업파산을 방어한다는 가설을 검증하 기 위하여 패널분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 이사 네트워크의 중심성이 높을수록 기업파산 가능성을 낮추는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 기업의 네트워크가 경영의 불확실성을 감소시킬 수 있다는 호혜주의적 모 형을 지지하는 것으로 볼 수 있으며, 이사를 중심으로 한 기업 네트워크가 중요한 정보를 공유를 가능하게 하고, 환경불확실성을 완화시켜 안전망으로서의 역할을 하는 것으로 보인다. 이사 네트워크는 최근 불확실성 이 더욱 높아진 경제상황에서 기업의 위험도를 낮추고 중요정보 공유를 가능하게 하여 기업의 생존율을 높 이는 효율적 방안이 될 수 있다.
