This study is aimed at verifying the transformative leadership of the principal of Chinese Henan high school, the structural relationship between teacher dedication and job satisfaction. To this end, data of 241 teachers working in high school in Henan were analyzed using the principal’s transformative leadership, teacher dedication and job satisfaction measures. The results of the study are as follows. First, the analysis of the transformative leadership of the principal of Chinese high school and the influence of teacher dedication on job satisfaction all had a statistically significant effect. Second, the transformative leadership of Chinese high school principal, the teacher dedication directly affects the job satisfaction, and the transformative leadership indirectly through the teacher’s dedication. Third, the transformative leadership of the Chinese high school principal has an indirect significant effect on job satisfaction with the medium of teacher dedication.

본 연구는 중국 하남성 고등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사헌신과 직무만 족 간의 구조적 관계를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 교장의 변혁 적 리더십, 교사헌신, 직무만족 척도를 사용하여 하남성에 고등학교 근무하고 있는 교사 241명의 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 중국 고등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사헌신이 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과 모두 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 중국 고등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십, 교사헌신은 직무만족에 직접적 영향을 미치며, 변혁적 리더십은 교사헌신을 통하여 간접적으로도 영향을 미 친다. 셋째, 중국 고등학교 교장의 변혁적 리더십은 교사헌신을 매개로 직무만족에 간접적인 유의한 효과가 있다. 즉 매개효과의 유의성에서 변혁적 리더십→직무 만족, 변혁적 리더십→교사헌신, 교사헌신→직무만족 모두에서 교사헌신은 매개 효과가 있었다.
