This study divided 16 outstanding high school athletes into NSF group and JB group and analyzed the difficulty score, execution score, and elements group of 8 NSF group and JB group athletes and examined the changes in their athletic performance after COVID-19. This study visited two competition sites to gather data and organized the data in mean, percentage, and graph by using Excel 2019 and Power Point. The results were as follows. First, NSF group showed difficulty score of 5.15 in average, execution score of 7.43 in average, and total score of 12.58 in average while JB group showed a difficulty score of 4.83 in average, execution score of 6.51 in average, and total score of 11.34 in average. These groups showed a huge score difference of 1.24 before and after COVID-19. Secondly, NSF and JB group showed positive changes in the athletic performance for EGI and IV. In EGI, while NSF group preferred simple A difficulty techniques among EGI, JB group preferred moving and crossing techniques in C difficulty. Among EGIV, NSF group preferred Russian wendeswing dismount while JB group preferred handstand dismount. Third, athletes performed less high-difficulty techniques and performed more low-difficulty techniques in EGII and III due to influence of COVID-19. These results imply the importance of arranging the measures for main taining and enhancing the athletic performance even when COVID-19 situation continues.

이 연구는 NSF그룹과 JB그룹으로 구분하여 안마 종목 고등부 우수선수 각 8명씩 총 16명을 대상으로 시작점수, 실시점수, 그룹요소 등을 분석하여 코로나19로 인하여 경기력의 변화를 알아보는 목적으로 진행하였다. 자료수집은 두 대회 모두 현장에 방문하여 촬영하였으며, 수집된 자료는 엑셀 2019와 파워포인트를 이용하여 평균, 표준편차, 백분율 그리고 그래프로 자료를 처리하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, NSF그룹은 시작점수 평균 5.15점, 실시점수 평균 7.43점, 최종점수 평균 12.58점으로 나타났으며, JB그룹은 시작점수 평균 4.83점, 실시점수 평균 6.51점, 최종점수 평균 11.34점으로 나타나 코로나 전·후로 1.24점의 매우 큰 점수 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 그룹요소Ⅰ, Ⅳ는 긍정적으로 변화 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 요소그룹Ⅰ중 NSF그룹은 단순한 A난도 기술을 선호하였지만 JB그룹은 C난도로 이동하며 교차하는 기술을 선호하였다. 요소그룹Ⅳ 중 NSF그룹은 Russian Wendeswing의 내리기를 선호하였지만 JB그룹은 물구나무서서 내리기를 선호하였다. 셋째, 코로나19로 인하여 그룹요소Ⅱ, Ⅲ는 고난도 기술의 실시빈도가 내려가고, 저난도의 기술빈도가 올라간 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 본 연구의 결과를 통하여 코로나19가 지속되어도 경기력을 유지 및 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 마련해야 할 것으로 판단된다.
