This study was conducted with the aim of analyzing trends in research related to domestic taekwondo competition coaches by utilizing systematic literature review. The subject of the study was conducted on competition coaches among the literature on taekwondo competition coaches released between 2011 and 2020. Based on the literature included in the study target, the following results were obtained using methods of systematic literature review. First, over the past decade, a total of 11 studies on taekwondo competition coaches have been conducted, including four qualitative studies and two mixed quantitative studies, with 10 of them listed. Taekwondo competition coaches who participated in the second study had more men and middle and high school members than women, and their careers were distributed in a balanced manner from less than five years to less than five years and more than ten years. Third, many studies on the job environment and expertise of taekwondo competition coaches were conducted, and each study was using data collection, measurement variables, and outcome analysis independently or in combination. Fourth, 10 of the 11 studies conducted investigative tool verification, 5 of which presented verification results, and 3 studies showed 100% consistency of reference.

본 연구는 체계적 문헌고찰을 활용하여 국내 태권도 겨루기 지도자 관련 연구의 동향을 분석할 목적으로 진행하였 다. 연구대상은 2011~2020년에 국내에서 발표된 태권도 지도자 관련 문헌 중 겨루기 지도자를 대상으로 진행된 문헌이 다. 연구대상에 포함된 문헌을 토대로 체계적 문헌고찰의 방법을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 최근 10년간 태권도 겨루기 지도자를 대상으로 한 연구는 총 11편으로 질적 연구가 4편, 양적 연구가 5편 혼합 연구가 2편이었으며, 이 중 등재지가 10편이었다. 둘째 연구에 참여한 태권도 겨루기 지도자는 여자보다 남자가, 초등학교 또는 대학·일반보 다 중·고등학교에 소속된 인원이 더 많았으며, 경력은 5년 이하부터 10년 이상까지 균형감 있게 분포되어 있었다. 셋째 태권도 겨루기 지도자의 직무환경과 전문성을 주제로 한 연구가 다수를 이루었으며, 각 연구마다 자료수집, 측정변수, 결과분석을 독립 또는 복합적으로 사용하고 있었다. 넷째, 11편의 연구 중 9편의 연구에서 조사도구 검증이 이루어졌으 며, 이중 5편의 연구에서 검증결과를 제시하였고, 참고문헌의 일치도가 100%인 연구는 3편인 것으로 나타났다.
