This study was conducted with the aim of identifying the authentic leadership of college football leaders, the quality of relationships, and the structural relationship with team performance. To this end, 250 college soccer players participating in the preliminary round of the university football competition were selected as a population in Taebaek City in August 2020. The survey was conducted using the convenience sampling method.The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 21.0ver and AMOS 18.0ver, and the results are as follows. First, the true leadership of university soccer leaders has been shown to have a static effect on the quality of relationships. Second, the true leadership of university soccer leaders has a static impact on team performance. Third, quality of relationships has been shown to have a static effect on team performance. Therefore, at a time when university athletic leaders are required to play high-quality roles and capabilities and socially emphasize transparency and fairness in operation, it is considered that the leadership of the university athletic team needs sincere leadership more than ever.

이 연구는 대학축구 지도자의 진성리더십과 관계의 질 및 팀 성과와의 관계를 규명하는데 그 목적을 두고 연구를 진행하였다. 이를 위해 2020년 8월 태백시에서 대학축구대회 예선전 참가대학 축구 선수 250명을 모집단으로 설정 후 편의표본추출법을 사용하여 조사를 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 21.0ver과 AMOS 18.0ver을 이용하여 분석 한 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학축구지도자의 진성리더십은 관계의 질에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대학축구지도자의 진성리 더십은 팀 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 관계의 질은 팀 성과에 정적영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 대학운동부 지도자들에게 수준 높은 역할과 역량이 요구되며 사회적으로 운영의 투명성과 공정성을 강조하고 있는 현 상황에서 대학운동부팀을 이끌고 있는 지도자의 진정성 있는 리더십이 어느때보다 필요한 시점이라 사료된다.
