The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between coach-athlete relationship, stress, and exercise adherence of judo athletes. In order to achieve the purpose of the study, athletes from the high school, college, and business teams who are registered in the 2020 Korea Judo Association and are participating in national-scale competitions were selected as the population, and a sample was extracted using a convenient extraction method. A total of 400 questionnaires were distributed, and 380 questionnaires judged as valid questionnaires were used for actual research, excluding 20 invalid questionnaires. The collected data were individually entered into a computer, and the following results were derived through frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using the IBMSPSS 23.0 program according to the research problem. First, the coach-athlete relationship of judo athletes influenced the stress. Second, the coach-athlete relationship of judo athletes influenced the intention to exercise adherence. Third, the stress of judo athletes influenced the intention to exercise adherence.

본 연구는 유도선수들의 코치-선수 관계, 스트레스, 운동지속의도의 관계를 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 2020년 대한유도회에 선수로 등록되어 있고, 전국 규모의 경기에 출전하는 고등부, 대학부, 실업팀 선수를 모집단으로 선정 후 편의추출방법으로 표본을 추출하였다. 총 400부의 설문지를 배포하였으며, 무효설문지 20부를 제외 하고 유효설문지로 판단되는 380부의 설문지를 실제 연구에 사용하였다. 회수된 자료는 컴퓨터에 개별 입력하였으며, 연구문제에 맞게 IBMSPSS 23.0 프로그램을 활용하여 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석, 회귀분석 등을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 유도선수들의 코치-선수 관계가 스트레스에 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 유도선수들의 코치-선수 관계가 운동지속의도에 영향을 미쳤다. 셋째, 유도선수들의 스트레스가 운동지속의도에 영향을 미쳤다.
