The purpose of this study was to analyze relations relation among emotional intelligence, resilience and sport commitment of college soccer players. 327 college soccer players were selected as participants by convenience sampling, and they were done in emotional intelligence questionnaire, resilience questionnaire, and sport commitment questionnaire. For data analysis PASW 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and structure equation modeling analysis. This results were as follows. Firstly, emotional intelligence had significant positive relationship with resilience. Secondly, emotional intelligence had significant positive relationship with sport commitment. Thirdly, resilience had significant positive relationship with sport commitment. Finally, it was found that resilience was as a mediator in the relationship between emotional intelligence and sport commitment. Various discussions on the structural relationship between emotional intelligence, resilience and sport commitment were presented. These results suggested the necessity of emotional intelligence education program to help their emotional intelligence of college soccer players ability improved.

본 연구는 대학축구선수들의 감성지능, 회복탄력성, 운동 몰입과의 관계를 분석하는데 목적이 있으며, 고등학교 대학축구선수 327명을 대상으로 편의표본 추출을 통해 감성지능 질문지, 회복탄력성 질문지, 운동 몰입 질문지를 설문하 였다. 본 연구의 목적 달성을 위해 PASW 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증 및 상관관계 분석을 실시하였으며, 구조방정식모형을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 감성지능은 회복탄력 성에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 감성지능은 운동 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 회복탄력성은 운동 몰입에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 회복탄력성은 정서지능과 운동 몰입 간의 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 대학추구선수들의 감성지능을 향상시킬 수 있는 감성지능 향상 프로그램의 필요성을 제언한다.
