The purpose of this study is on the recognition and improvement of online Taekwondo Poomsae competition. The following conclusions were drawn through in-depth interviews with five people, including the leader who trained a player, the national player, and the referees who had experience refereeing in the online Poomsae competition. First, the advantage of the online Taekwondo Poomsae competition is that you can participate in the competition while social distancing from Covid-19. Second, the disadvantage of the online Taekwondo Poomsae competition is that the height of the camera is fixed at 115cm~120cm, so the unilateral rules that do not take into account the physical characteristics of the player can result in disadvantages to the player's. Also, since there is no regulation on the location of the microphone and the height of the sound source, fairness is inferior in determining expressiveness. Third, as a way to improve the online Taekwondo Poomsae competition, the length, height, and color of the background must be specified, because the behavior of the demonstrator may look different depending on the size of the background, and the height of the camera must be defined as the height of the player's pit of the stomach. Finally, the position of the microphone should be fixed on the camera, and two cameras should be used to photograph the front and the back at the same time and submit.

이 연구는 온라인 태권도 품새 대회에 대한 인식 탐색을 통하여 개선방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 따라서 국가 대표 품새 선수를 배출한 지도자와 국가대표 품새 선수 그리고 온라인 품새 대회의 심판 등 5명을 대상으로 질적 연구 방법인 반 구조화된 심층 면담을 통하여 다음과 같이 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 온라인 태권도 품새 대회의 장점은 코로나 19로 인하여 사회적 거리두기를 실천하면서 대회에 임할 수 있으며, 대회영상 촬영 중 실수를 하더라도 다시 재촬영을 할 수 있었다. 둘째, 온라인 태권도 품새 대회의 단점으로는 카메라의 높이를 115cm~120cm로 지정하면서 선수의 신체 적 특성을 고려하지 않은 일방적인 규정이기 때문에 불이익을 받는 선수가 발생할 수 있기 때문에 큰 단점이라고 밝혔다. 그리고 마이크의 위치, 음원의 높낮이에 대한 규정이 없기 때문에 표현성 판정에서 공정한 판정이 불가능하다고 언급하였 다. 셋째, 온라인 태권도 품새 대회의 개선방안으로 배경의 크기에 따라서 시연자의 동작이 다르게 보일 수 있기 때문에 배경의 길이, 높이, 색깔을 지정하여야 하고, 카메라의 높이는 선수의 명치 높이로 규정하는 것이 더욱 공정한 대회가 될 것이라고 언급하였다. 그리고 마이크의 위치는 카메라 위에 고정하여야 하고, 카메라는 두 대를 사용하여 정면과 뒷면 을 동시에 촬영하여 제출하여야 한다고 주장하였다. 이상의 연구 결과를 토대로 촬영규정을 개선하기 위해 노력한다면 온라인 태권도 품새 대회가 지도자들은 물론 선수들에게 더욱더 신뢰 받을 수 있을 것이며, 펜데믹 시대에 지속적으로 운동하면서 발전할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 예상한다.
