The goal is to provide basic data on golf course management by identifying the difference between priority (need level) and satisfaction (current level) of choice factors and analyzing the top priority and difference rankings of importance. In order to solve the research problem, golf course users with experience in using the golf course were selected as a population. The survey was based on a sample of golf course users living in Jeollabuk-do. The questionnaire was used for 200 people and the final 179 were analyzed. Statistical processing was analyzed using SPSS Win Ver.24.0 and Microsoft Office Excel 2016. As a result of empirical analysis, first, Borich’s demand value on the importance (need level) and satisfaction (current level) of golf course users and The Locus for Focus Model analysis showed that green blood, food and beverage prices, cart fees, and game progress were the top priorities. Second, among the lane factors that golf course users consider important were green management, game progress, and compliance with tee-up time. Finally, in these two analyses, overlapping factors such as green blood and cart usage fees were analyzed as the top priority. The rankings included green management, food and beverage prices, the first quadrant value of The Locus for Focus Model, and course excellence.

골프장 이용객들이 느끼는 골프장 선택 시 선택 요인에 대한 우선 순위의 중요도(필요수준)와 만족도(현재수준) 간 차이를 파악하고 요구분석을 실시하여 중요도의 우선 순위를 분석함으로써 골프장 경영에 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 연구문제를 해결하기 위하여 골프장 이용 경험이 있는 골프장 이용객을 대상으로 모집단을 선정하였다. 본 조사는 전라북도에 거주하는 골프장 이용객들을 표본으로 하였다. 200명을 대상으로 설문지를 사용하였으며, 최종 179부의 설문지를 분석하였다. 통계처리는 SPSS Win Ver. 24.0과 Microsoft Office Excel 2016을 이용하여 분석하였 다. 실증분석결과 첫째, 골프장 이용자의 중요도(필요수준)와 만족도(현재수준)에 관한 Borich 요구도 값과 The Locus for Focus Model 분석 결과 그린피, 식음료가격, 카트 이용료, 경기진행 등이 골프장 선택의 매력요인 우선 순위로 나타났 다. 둘째, 골프장 이용객들이 중요 시 여기는 차선 요인 중에는 그린관리, 경기진행, 티업시간 준수 등으로 나타났다. 최종 적으로 이 두 가지 분석에서 중복된 요인인 그린피와 카트 이용료가 최우선적으로 고려되어야 할 요인으로 분석되었다. 차 순위로는 Borich 요구도 값의 우선순위인 그린관리, 식음료가격, The Locus for Focus Model의 제 1사분면 값인 락카 및 사우나, 코스 우수성이 해당 되었다.
