[Purpose] The purpose of this study was to investigate the causal relationship among achievement goal orientation, perception of errors and grit of junior golf players. [Method] In order to achieve this, a sample of 198 junior golf players was by using purposive sampling method selected from the Seoul and Gyeonggi area. For data processing, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation modeling were performed using SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 programs. [Result] First, it was found that the achievement goal orientation had a partial effect on the perception of errors. Specifically, the task goal, which was a sub-factor of the achievement goal orientation, was found to had a positive effect on the perception of errors. Second, achievement goals orientation were found to had a partial effect on grit. Specifically, the task goal, a sub-factor of the achievement goal orientation, was found to have a positive effect on the grit. Third, it was found that perception of errors has a positive effect on grit. [Conclusion] In conclusion, it was found that in order to improve the grit of junior golf players, the formation of an appropriate task goal and a positive attitude toward mistakes play an important role.

[목적] 이 연구는 주니어 골프선수들의 성취목표성향과 실수인식 및 그릿의 인과관계를 검증하는데 목적이 있었다. [방법] 이를 위해 서울 및 경기도 지역에 위치한 골프연습장에서 훈련을 하고 있는 주니어 골프선수 198명을 대상으 로 표본을 추출하였으며, 이를 토대로 SPSS 22.0 and Amos 22.0 programs을 활용하여 빈도분석, 확인적 요인분석, 상 관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. [결과] 도출된 결과를 살펴보면 첫째, 성취목표성향은 실수인식에 부분적으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성취목표성향은 그릿에 부분적으로 정(+)적인 영향을 미 치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 실수인식은 그릿에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. [결론] 결론적으로 주니 어 골프선수의 그릿을 향상시키기 위해서는 적절한 과제목표의 형성과 실수에 대한 긍정적인 태도가 중요한 역할을 수행하는 것을 알 수 있었다.
