Child sexual abuse in cyberspace refers to all sexual activities performed on children for the purpose of satisfying their grades. Child sexual abuse also includes sexual abuse, such as making children commit obscene acts or mediating them through cyberspace, or sexual harassment that gives children sexual shame. This study analyzes child sexual abuse occurring in cyberspace by analyzing random chat app conversations. The analysis results are as follows. ① In random chat apps, not only adults, including guardians, but also teenagers, children, and criminal minors with similar age groups. ② All random chat app conversations begin for sexual purposes and lead to obscene videos, photographs, perversion, and sexual encounters. ③ The objective of the conversation depends on the age of the random chat app and the environment in which it is used. Finally, the Random Chat app is a cyber space for Sexualshing such as digital sex crimes, online grooming, and conditional encounters for children. Based on the results of the analysis, the policy alternatives to child sexual abuse occurring in cyberspace are as follows: ① Awareness of child sexual abuse in cyberspace should be strengthened. ② It is necessary to strengthen and expand education on cyber sexual abuse for children. ③ It is necessary to reset the direction of criminal policy for crimes mediated by cyberspace. Finally, the risks of child sexual abuse should be shared in cyberspace and blocked in advance.

사이버공간에서 발생하는 아동성적학대는 자신의 성적 충족을 목적으로 아동에게 사이버 공간을 통해 행하는 모든 성적행위를 말한다. 사이버공간에서 아동에게 음란한 행위를 시키 거나 이를 매개하는 행위 또는 아동에게 성적 수치심을 주는 성희롱 등의 성적 학대행위도 아 동성적학대에 해당한다. 이 연구는 랜덤채팅앱 대화를 분석하여 사이버공간에서 발생하는 아 동성적학대를 분석하였다. 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. ① 랜덤채팅앱에서 발생하는 아동성 적학대 행위의 주체는 보호자를 포함한 성인뿐만 아니라 연령대가 비슷한 청소년, 아동, 형사 미성년자 등이다. ② 랜덤채팅앱 대화는 성적 학대로 시작되어 음란한 영상과 사진, 변태적 행위, 성적 만남 요구 등으로 연결된다. ③ 랜덤채팅앱의 사용 연령과 환경에 따라 대화의 성 적 수준이 달라진다. ④ 랜덤채팅앱은 아동 대상 디지털 성범죄, 온라인 그루밍, 조건만남, 성착취 등을 위한 성적 피싱을 위한 사이버공간이다. 성적 피싱은 성적학대와 피싱을 합성한 단어이다. 분석한 결과를 바탕으로 사이버공간에서 발생하는 아동성적학대에 대한 정책적 대 안을 모색하면 다음과 같다. ① 사이버공간에서 발생하는 아동성적학대 행위에 대한 인식이 강화되어야 한다. ② 아동 대상 사이버 성적 학대에 대한 교육 강화와 확대가 필요하다. ③ 사이버공간이 매개하는 범죄에 대한 형사정책 방향 재설정이 필요하다. ④ 사이버공간의 아 동성적학대 위험성을 공유하여 사전에 차단해야 한다.
