This is a descriptive survey research to understand the influence of new nursing students' empathy ability, gratitude disposition and self-esteem on nursing professionalism. The subjects of this study were 225 new nursing students located in S city. Data were collected by a self-written questionnaire survey method, and data analysis was performed using SPSS/Win 24.0 PC+ program for mean, standard deviation, correlation and regression analysis. As a result, the factors that have the greatest influence on the professionalism of new nursing students were to be gratitude disposition (β =.32, p<.001), empathy ability (β=.32, p<.001), and these variables explained total 34.7% of the nursing professionalism of new nursing students. It is expected that the results of this study will contribute to the development of curriculum and programs that may more correctly establish the nursing professionalism.

본 연구는 신입 간호대학생의 공감능력, 감사성향, 자아존중감이 간호전문직관에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위한 서술적 조사연구이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 S시에 위치한 신입 간호대학생 225 명이다. 자가 기입식 설문조사 방법으로 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료 분석은 SPSS/Win 24.0 PC+ 프로그램을 사용하여 평균, 표준편차, 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 시행하였다. 그 결과 신입 간호대학생의 간호전문직관에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인은 감사성향(β=.32, p<.001), 공감 능력(β=.32, p<.001)으로 확인되었으며, 이 변인들은 신입 간호대학생의 간호전문직관을 총 34.7% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과가 감사성향이 포함된 간호전문직관 향상 프로그램의 개발과 운영에 기여되길 기대한다.
