The research presents a relationship of academic persistence influences based on individual psychological factors of learners in non-face-to-face classes(untact classes). When measuring tools according to research models, this study defines self-directedness, sociality, and self-efficacy as independent variables, class satisfaction and the orientation of the learning system as dependent variables and then explores the degree of academic continuity influence through correlation and multiple regression analysis between variables. According to the study, self-directedness and self-efficacy have something to do with academic conation, but sociality has no significant impact. Therefore, this study suggests not only improving self-directed learning environment centered on enhancing creativity and convergence but also cultivating self-efficacy to reduce academic stress in online spaces in order to increase non-face-to-face class satisfaction and academic conation.
