By analyzing cases of space-time activation using media art, we would like to conduct empirical studies on major factors affecting space-time activation. New media art was studied so that art can bring time, space, and environmental diversity through the use of digital technology and a new art method that allows viewers to feel various time and space. Through literature research, case analysis, and fieldwork, we would like to find out what types of IT technologies, digital spaces, and content have been the main factors for space-time activation, and to carry out research models, hypothesis settings, questionnaire development and data collection, as well as statistical analysis and verification of research models. According to the research results, digital factors of new media art and space-time factors are factors that affect the activation of time and space. I hope these two factors will serve as an opportunity for the work of new media, which is highly creative and popular, to improve the city's aesthetic appearance and expand its ability to apply technology to art. Due to the revitalization of time and space in urban space, cultural and artistic spaces will be created as dynamic spaces and expressed in various forms of art. Based on this study in the future, we hope that studies related to the development of new media art with a more advanced theoretical foundation can be carried out.
