Innovative and creative start-up activities should be actively carried out for continuous growth and development in a rapidly changing economic environment. Start-ups are becoming more important not only in terms of national economy but also in terms of personalities. Accordingly, this study was intended to provide improvements to the business start-up support system of Korean universities. In this study, the university's start-up support system was divided into start-up education and start-up support, and the impact of three factors such as start-up education, start-up mentoring, start-up program, start-up club, and commercialization support on six logical propositions. Through this, in order to revitalize students' start-ups in the future when establishing policies related to start-ups at universities, it was suggested that supporting start-ups in the actual start-up process is important as well as strengthening start-ups education that can stimulate students' intentions. Based on this study, related studies will be able to present the direction of change in the start-up support systemand proceed with empirical research in the future.

급변하는 경제환경에서 지속적인 성장과 발전을 위해서는 혁신적이고 창의적인 창업활동이 활발하게 이루어져야 한다. 창업은 국가 경제적 측면 뿐만 아니라 개인적 측면에서도 중요성이 커지고 있다. 이에따라 본 연구에서는 우리나라 대학의 창업지원제도의 개선방안을 마련해 보고 자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 대학의 창업관련 현황을 분석함과 동시에 대학의 창업지원제도를 창업교육과 창업지원으로 구분하고 이들을 창업교 육, 창업멘토링, 창업프로그램, 창업제도, 창업동아리, 그리고 사업화지원 등의 세분요인들이 대학생의 창업의도에 미치는 영향을 검토하고 이 와 관련된 6개의 논리적 명제를 제시하면서 실증적 분석을 실시할 수 있는 모형을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 향후 대학에서의 창업관련 정책수립 시 재학생들의 창업을 활성화하기 위해서는 학생들의 창업의도를 자극할 수 있는 창업교육의 강화와 더불어 실질적 창업과정에서의 대학의 창업 지원이 중요함으로 제시하였다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 향후 관련 연구들은 창업지원제도 변화 방향 제시와 더불어 향후 실증적 연구의 진행이 가 능할 것이다.
