This study is to study the relationship between supply chain risk management strategy, supply chain robustness, and corporate performance as a countermeasure for supply chain risk management factors that may occur in companies and supply chains. To this end, a survey was conducted on Korean manufacturing companies, and a total of 118 questionnaires were used for the study. The reliability and validity of each study item were tested, and the study hypothesis was tested using the path analysis method using the study items that satisfy the criteria. The summary of the test results of the research hypothesis is as follows. First, the internal risk management strategy has a significant positive effect on the robustness of the supply chain. External risk management strategies have a significant positive impact on supply chain robustness. Supply chain robustness has a significant positive impact on corporate performance. In addition, as a result of the test on the mediating effect of supply chain robustness, it was verified that supply chain robustness plays a role of partial parameter only between external risk management strategy and corporate performance. Therefore, supply chain agility is important in order to quickly respond to risks arising from the supply chain in relation to the supply chain risk management strategy. It is suggested that securing a supply chain robustness capability that can withstand internal and external shocks is as important as agility capability.

본 연구는 기업 및 공급사슬에서 발생할 수 있는 공급사슬 위험관리 요인에 대한 대응 방안으로써 공급사슬 위험관리 전략과 공급사슬 강건성, 기업성과 간의 관계에 대하여 연구하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 우리나라의 제조기업체들을 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 시행하였으며, 총 118부의 설문지를 연구에 활용하였다. 연구항목 별 신뢰성과 타당성을 검정하였고, 기준을 만족하는 연구항목들을 사용하여 경로분석 방식으로 연구가설을 검정하였다. 연구가설의 검정결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 먼저 내부적 위험관리 전략은 공급사슬 강건성에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 외부적 위험관리 전략은 공급사슬 강건성에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 공급사슬 강건성은 기업성과에 유의한 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 또한 공급사슬 강건성의 매개효과에 대한 검정 결과 외부적 위험관리 전략과 기업성과 사이에서만 공급사슬 강건성이 부분 매개변수의 역할을 한다. 그러므로 공급사슬위험관리 전략과 관련하여 공급사슬에서 발생하는 위험에 대하여 신속하게 대응하기 위해서는 공급사 슬 민첩성도 중요하지만 위험 발생에 대하여 사전적으로 예방활동을 시행하고, 일부 손상이 발생하였음에도 불구하고 기능을 수행할 수 있으며, 내부ㆍ외부적인 충격에도 버티고 견딜 수 있는 공급사슬 강건성 역량을 확보하는 것 역시 민첩성 역량만큼 중요하다는 내용을 제시한다.
