The areas where cultural properties are distributed are difficult for most people to access and have a wide area. In the event of a disaster, it is necessary to find a way to reduce damage through prompt response by acquiring information on the site situation of cultural properties more quickly. As a result, the use of drones in the field of disasters is gradually increasing in recent years, so we analyzed applicable drone technologies along with problems when applying cultural properties. In addition, necessary administrative matters related to the maintenance of the legal system for the use of drones in the field of cultural properties, manpower and education and training were analyzed.

우리나라 문화재는 대부분 사람의 접근이 어렵고 넓은 구역에 분포되어 있어서 재난 발행시 대응이 어렵다. 그러한 문화재 현장상황의 정확한 정보를 신속히 취득하여 대응한다면, 피해를 줄일 수 있다. 문화재 재난 ‧ 안전분야 적용을 위하여 최근 국내 재난 분야의 드론기술 적용 사례를 조사 분석하고, 특히 문화재 분야에 적용되기 위한 드론기술의 소요스펙을 분석하 였다. 또한 현재 타 부처의 기준을 비교 분석하여, 문화재 재난 ‧ 안전분야의 무인비행장비 도입을 위한 운용기준을 제안하 였다.
