This study selected a total of 49 Korean literature papers related to middle-aged immigrants published in the Korean Journal of Science and Technology (KCI) from 2011 to December 2020. In order to examine research trends related to migrant youth, the publication trend of registered sites, research topics, and research methods were identified. Through this, the intended to provide basic data for checking the current status of migrant youth research and setting the direction of related research in the future. As a result of the study, the largest number of papers were published from 2016 to 2018, with a total of 31 academic journals. Second, looking at the trend of research topics, the most studies related to "social aspects" are published. Third, 'Qualitative research' was the most commonly used research type, and 'Quantitative Analysis' was the most frequently used method for data analysis. Suggestion on the results of the study, it is necessary to improve the accessibility of research related to migrant youth registered with the first KCI. Second, we need to expand the research topic. Third, various research methods are needed. This study can to the limitation that only papers that can be viewed in the original form of KCI-listed papers are subject to analysis, There may be errors in the qualitative studies classified in this study because each researcher has slightly different perspectives that define qualitative research.

본 연구는 등재학술지에 게재된 중도입국청소년의 관련 문헌을 살펴보고자 2011년부터 2020년 12월까지 한국학술지인용색인(KCI)에 게재된 중도입국청소년 관련 국문논문 총 49편을 선정하여 분석하였다. 중도입국청소년 관련 연구동향 을 살펴보기 위해 등재지 게재 동향, 연구주제 동향, 연구방법 동향을 파악하였 다. 이를 통해 중도입국청소년 연구의 현주소를 점검하고, 향후 관련 연구의 방 향을 설정하는데 기초자료를 제시하고자 하였다. 연구결과, 2016년부터 2018년까지 가장 많은 논문이 게재되었고, 총 31개의 학 술지에 수록되었다. 둘째, 연구주제 동향을 살펴보면,‘생활실태, 사회적 지원, 법ㆍ인권, 정체성, 적응ㆍ부적응을 포함하는 사회적 측면’ 관련 연구가 가장 많이 게재되고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 연구유형으로는‘질적연구’가 가 장 많이 사용되고 있었으며, 자료 분석방법으로는 ‘양적분석’이 가장 많이 사 용되고 있었다. 연구결과를 토대로 제언하면, 첫째 KCI에 등록된 중도입국청소년 관련 연구의 접근성 향상이 필요하다. 둘째, 연구주제의 확장이 필요하다. 셋째, 다양한 연구 방법의 활용이 필요하다. 본 연구는 중도입국청소년 관련 연구가 최초로 등재학술지에 게재된 2011년부 터 2020년까지 10년의 동향을 분석했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
