Our society has entered the New Normal era, and a new society of non-face-to-face, digital, and safety has become commonplace in everyday life since Corona 19. The most seriously hit place from Corona 19 is probably the church. Churches are experiencing the suspension of face-to-face worship and the realization of online non-face-to-face worship. There will be no pastors who do not worry about "what direction should the church go?" after Corona 19. As such, the impact of Corona 19, which has brought tremendous shock and many changes to the Korean church, is changing not only the pastoral scene but also the religious consciousness of the saints. Therefore, this study selected the theme of "Pastoral Care Paradigm in Pandemic Situation" and examined how the church views pandemics through various prior studies. It also considered the function of pastoral care and the pastoral paradigm needed in the Pandemic era centered on Patton's pastoral paradigm. In this process, this study considered the pastoral paradigm needed in a Pandemic situation as a community context paradigm and set the specific direction of pastoral care that fits this pattern. Thus, the direction of pastoral care included in the community pastoral paradigm consisted first of restoration of the religious community, second of restoration of the public nature, public nature, and community care, including maintenance, empathy, and complementary care. In addition, the direction of pastoral care, which is included in the "situation pastoral paradigm", consisted of first, time and space pastoral care, including real-time video worship, second, and pandemics, including mental health, social media, and ecological environment. A year has passed since the outbreak of Corona 19. Therefore, the Korean church should seek and design a new image of the future church community in preparation for post-corona by analyzing the cyclical relationship between faith formation and lifestyle of believers who are changing their faith life due to non-face-to-face worship. From this point of view, the study made several suggestions on pastoral care in post-fandemic, including situational pastoral care through the re-examination of the essential functions of the church, community pastoral care to help the community become hope, and church education.

코로나19 이후 우리사회는 뉴 노멀시대에 돌입하여, 일상 속에 비대면, 디지털, 안 전이라는 새로운 사회가 보편화되고 있다. 코로나19로부터 가장 심각하게 타격을 받 은 곳은 아마 교회일 것이다. 교회들은 대면 예배가 중단되고 온라인 비대면 예배의 현실화를 경험하고 있다. 코로나19 이후 ‘교회는 어떠한 방향으로 가야하나?’라는 고 민을 하지 않는 목회자는 없을 것이다. 이렇듯 한국교회에 엄청난 충격과 많은 변화 를 가져온 코로나19의 영향은 목회현장 뿐만 아니라 성도의 신앙의식도 변화시키고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 ‘팬데믹 상황에서의 목회돌봄 패러다임’이라는 주제를 선정하고, 교 회사적으로 팬데믹을 어떻게 보고 있는지를 다양한 선행연구를 통해 고찰하였으며, 목회돌봄의 기능과 팬데믹 시대에 필요한 목회돌봄 패러다임을 Patton의 목회적 돌봄 패러다임을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이 과정에서 본 연구는 팬데믹 상황에서 필요한 목 회돌봄 패러다임을 공동체적 상황적 패러다임이라고 보고, 이 패턴에 맞는 목회돌봄 의 구체적인 방향을 설정하였다. 따라서 공동체적 목회돌봄 패러다임에 포함되는 목 회돌봄의 방향은 첫째, 신앙공동체의 유지, 공감, 상호보완적 돌봄을 포함하는 신앙공동체 회복 둘째, 공교회성, 공공성, 지역공동체 돌봄을 포함하는 공공성 회복으로 구 성했다. 또한 상황적 목회돌봄 패러다임에 포함되는 목회돌봄의 방향으로는 첫째, 실 시간 화상 예배를 포함하는 시공간적 목회돌봄 둘째, 정신건강, 소셜미디어, 생태환경 을 포함하는 팬데믹 상황으로 구성하였다. 코로나19가 발생한 이후 1년이란 시간이 지나갔다. 따라서 한국교회는 코로나19 이후 급변한 환경에 적응하며, 비대면 예배로 인해 신앙생활에 변화를 겪고 있는 성 도들의 신앙형성과 삶의 방식 간의 순환적 연관관계를 분석하여 포스트 코로나에 대 비한 미래의 교회공동체 모습을 새롭게 모색하고 디자인해야 한다. 이러한 관점에서 본 연구는 교회의 본질적 기능의 재고찰을 통한 상황적 목회돌봄, 지역사회의 희망이 되도록 돕는 공동체 목회돌봄, 포스트 팬데믹 시대의 교회교육 등 포스트 팬데믹에서 의 목회돌봄에 대한 몇 가지 제언을 하였다.
