In recent years, apart from the various problems arising from Corona 19, the changes derived from the entire performing arts industry has been significant. Amid the prolonged corona crisis, lectures related to performing arts as well as university education have been gradually becoming non-face-to-face due to safety reasons. This study examines the direction of improvement of educational content along with a survey of the consumer satisfaction in non-face-to-face musical education conducted in an education-engaged employee conversion program. This study was conducted via the online communication system Zoom for 50 teachers at child care facilities in September 2020 under the theme of `A Wise Musical Life- World's Big Four Musicals' as an education program under the supervision of Dongjak-gu, Seoul, Korea. Within 6 hours after training, the respondents were collected with 10 anonymous questions and 10 answers using Google Research. Arts education instructors are not limited to just education, and efforts such as developing sustainable education methods are required through satisfaction survey with education consumers. The results of this study are meaningful as the basis for future culture-art non-face-to-face classes for education-related workers. At the same time, the right direction and temporary non-face-to-face art education are not only short-term use, but also “Unact” in front of the musical. As the contact becomes commonplace after the Corona crisis, it is also often used as words such as “you contact, no contact, zero contact” in Europe, the U.S., and Canada. The purpose is to establish a long-term plan for education.

최근 우리사회는 코로나_19로 인해 발생하는 여러 문제와 더불어 공연예술 관련 산업 전반에 걸쳐 파 생되는 변화 또한 지대하다. 최근 장기화되고 있는 코로나 사태 속에서 대학교육뿐만 아니라 공연예술 관련 강의 또한 안전상의 이유로 점차 비대면화 되고 있다. 이 연구는 교육 관련 종사자 전환 프로그램 에서 실시간으로 진행되는 비대면 뮤지컬교육의 수요자 만족도 조사와 더불어 교육내용의 개선 방향에 대하여 고찰하고 있다. 본 연구는 2020년 9월 서울 동작구 육아 종합 지원센터 주관으로 <교사의 감성 ON> 교육 프로그램으로서 슬기로운 뮤지컬 생활 – 세계 4대 뮤지컬이라는 주제로 실시간 화상 시스템 줌(Zoom)을 활용하여 보육교사 50명을 대상으로 진행되었으며, 교육 이후 구글 설문지(Google Research) 를 활용하여 무기명 10문 10답으로 6시간 이내에 응답지를 회수하였다. 예술교육 강사는 단지 교육에서 그치지 않고 교육수요자에 대한 만족도 조사를 통해 지속 가능한 교육방식을 개발하는 등의 노력이 요구 된다. 공연은 관객, 배우, 무대의 3요소가 온전히 갖춰졌을 때 그 매력을 발휘하는 법인데, 코로나 사태의 맹위 속에서 문화예술업계는 새 돌파구를 찾아야만 했다. 그렇게 등장한 것이 바로 ‘온라인공연’ 소위 ‘언택트 공연’이다. 공연뿐만 아니라 문화예술교육도 마찬가지이다 이 연구의 결과는 향후 교육 관련 종 사자를 위한 문화예술 관련 비대면 수업을 하는 데에 기본 자료로서 의의가 있으며, 시대 상황에 발맞추 어 그에 맞는 적절한 대응을 하는 동시에 올바른 방향 제시와 계속되는 코로나 국면 아래 임시방편 식으 로 필수 불가결이었던 비대면 예술교육이 단기적 활용에 그치지 않고, 교육수요자의 만족도 조사를 통한 평가 도구의 적절한 활용으로 뮤지컬 언택트 교육의 장기적인 계획을 수립하는 것에 그 목적이 있다.
