This study were compared and analyzed after examining the current status of the causes of problems in printed materials that may occur during the course of textbook production, reflecting the changes in the environment of the times related to such textbook printed materials. As a result, ink and paper have an inseparable relationship with printing, and trouble caused by ink and paper occurs during printing work, reducing the efficiency of printing work. In addition, quality surveys were conducted on each sample of 60g/m2 and 65g/m2 of eco-friendly paper. ink transfer volume, color density degradation, dry down, show trough and overall results were satisfactory. Based on this paper, we will check and secure errors that appear in textbook production in advance so that they can be used as basic data to improve the quality of textbooks. It is also believed that the quality of printed materials will be further enhanced by continuous research using the collected data.

본 연구는 교과서 제작 과정에서 발생할 수 있는 인쇄물 문제의 원인에 대한 실태를 조사한 후, 교과서 인쇄물과 관련된 시대적 환경 변화를 반영하여 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 잉크와 용지는 인쇄와 뗄 수없는 관계를 가지고 있고, 인쇄 작업 중에 잉크 와 용지로 문제가 발생하면 인쇄 작업의 효율성이 떨어진다. 또한 친환경 인쇄용지 60g/m2, 65g/m2 샘플별로 품질 조사를 실시하였다. 잉크 전이량, 색 농도 저하, 드라이 다운, 뒤비침 등 전반적인 결과가 만족스러웠다. 본 논문을 바탕으로 교과서 제작 시 발생하는 트러블을 사전에 확인하고 확보하여 교과서의 품질 향상을 위한 기본 데이터로 활용할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한 수집된 데이터를 활용 한 지속적인 연구를 통해 인쇄물의 품질이 더욱 향상될 것으로 기대된다.
