This study analyzed the factors and current status of cultural acculturation stress for Chinese marriage immigrants to adapt to life in Korea, and based on their understanding. Data collection was conducted by conducting offline and online surveys of Chinese marriage immigrants residing in Korea using snowball sampling, and finally, the collected data of 180 questionnaires were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that self-esteem, social support, and participation in social activities of Chinese immigrants through marriage had a positive effect on the acculturation stress. In order to examine in detail, it was a significant predictor in the sub-area of ​​demographic and sociological characteristics, but the length of residence, religion, and average monthly household income were significant. On the other hand, academic background, Korean language level, and job status were not significant. Based on the above research results, this study hopes to help alleviate the stress of adaptation to Chinese marriage immigrants and lead a healthy life as a member of society in Korean society.

본 연구는 중국여성결혼이민자의 한국생활에 적응하기 위한 문화적응스트레스에 대한 요인 및 현황을 파악하고 이에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 분석하였다. 자료 수집은 눈덩이 표집을 활용하여 한국에서 거주하고 있는 중국여성결혼이민자를 대상으로 오프라인 및 온라인 설문조사를 병행하여 이루어졌으며, 최종적으로 회수된 180부의 설문지 자료를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 중국여성결혼이민자의 자아존중감, 사회적 지지, 사회활동참여는 문화적응 스트레스에 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있음을 확인하였다. 세부적으로 살펴보기 위하여 인구사회학적 특성의 하위영역에서 유의미한 예측 변인이었으나 거주기간, 종교유무, 가구월평균소득이 유의미하게 있었다. 반면 학력, 한국어 수준, 직업유무는 유의미하지 않았다. 위와 같은 연구결과에 기초하여 본 연구는 중국여성결혼이민자의 문화적응 스트레스를 완화하고 한국사회에서 사회구성원으로 건강하게 삶을 영위해 나갈 수 있도록 지원하기를 바란다.
