This study was conducted to establish the management plan of the recognition of prior learning to identify the prior experience of adult learners in university as credits. Accordingly, the existing literature that suggested the principles and procedures for the prior learning was analyzed, and a management plan for the recognition of prior learning system was drawn up in consideration of the H university’s situation. In addition, various forms were developed and refined which utilize and shape up the procedures through application to departments composed of adult learners. The results were as follows. Based on the principle of operation for the recognition of prior learning system, in the aspect of the evaluation system, it was derived to prepare evaluation criteria that consider the achievement of the subject, to include external experts in the evaluation, and to organize and operate an organization for evaluation. In the aspect of learners, to provide learning design consultation and promote the system were derived. And training program for workers and surveying satisfaction were derived in the operating system aspect. In addition, the procedure for the recognition of prior learning was presented as preparation and notification of evaluation, counseling and application for applicants, evaluation and deliberation of credit recognition, approval of credit recognition and service evaluation. At the stage of application to actual evaluation according to the finally derived operation plan, various forms for the recognition of prior learning were developed.

본 연구는 대학 내 성인학습자의 사전 경험을 학점으로 인정하기 위한 선행경험학습인정제도의 운 영방안을 마련하기 위해 이루어졌다. 이에 선행경험학습인정제도 운영원리와 절차를 제시한 기존 문헌 을 분석하고, H 대학의 환경을 고려하여 선행경험학습인정제도 운영방안을 도출하였다. 또한 실제 성 인학습자로 구성된 학과에의 적용을 통해 절차를 보다 구체화하고 활용할 수 있는 각종 양식을 개발하 여 제시하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 선행경험학습인정제도 운영원리를 토대로 평가체제 측면에서는 교과목성취 기준을 고려한 평가기준 마련, 평가 시 외부전문가 포함, 평가를 위한 조직 구성・운영, 학습자 측면에 서는 학습설계 상담 및 지원제공과 홍보, 운영체제 측면에서는 실무자 연수 개최, 만족도 조사 등의 실 제적인 운영 방안을 도출하였다. 또한 선행경험학습 학점인정 절차는 평가 준비 및 공지, 신청자 상담 및 신청, 학점인정 평가 및 심의, 학점인정 승인 및 서비스 평가로 제시하였다. 마지막으로 도출된 운영 방안에 따라 실제 평가에의 적용 단계에서는 평가에 활용되는 교과목별 평가기준, 선행경험학습학점인 정신청서, 자기평가체크리스트, 서류체크리스트, 선행경험학습 평가서(개별위원용) 및 종합평가서, 학점 인정사정표, 학생 통보용 평가결과서, 이의신청서, 서비스평가지 등의 양식 개발이 이루어졌다. 본 연구의 결과는 형식교육, 비형식교육 뿐 아니라 무형식경험까지를 포함하는 성인학습자 대상 대 학의 선행경험학습인정제도 운영의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
