The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of economic, educational, and administrative factors for North Korean defectors to settle in South Korea, and to examine the moderating effects of adaptability to social relations. As the results of this analysis, economic income plays a major role in affecting the psychology of re-depart from South Korean society among the effects on North Korean defector’resilience to South Korean society. Other variables than Economic Income did not act as an influencing factor to re-establish from South Korean society. But they have an effect on Loyalty to South Korean society or to Voice within the South Korean system. As a moderating variable, Social Interaction was significant in the relationship of economic factors to Exit and Exclusive Acceptance variable was significant as a similar control effect for educational factors on Voice.

본 연구는 북한이탈주민의 남한사회 정착 요인으로서 경제적‧교육적‧행정적 요인이 미치는 영향을 살펴 보고, 사회적 관계 적응성의 조절효과를 고찰하고자 하였다. 분석 결과, 북한이탈주민이 남한사회로부터 재 이탈하고자 하는 심리에 영향을 미치는 변수는 경제적 소득이 주요하게 작용하고 있었다. 경제적 소득 이외 의 다른 변수들은 재이탈 심리까지는 작용하지 않았지만, 남한체제 내에서 항의와 충성에는 영향을 미치고 있다. 조절변수로서의 작용은 사회적 상호작용 요인이 경제적 요인의 이탈에 미치는 관계에서 유의하게 나타 났다. 배타적 수용 변수는 교육적 요인이 항의에 미치는 영향에 대해서 유의하게 나타났다.
